5 stars don't do justice! This hotel and its staff have been phenomenal. From check-in to breakfast to the spa has been a top class experience. Facilities are fantastic, food is delicious and the service is out of this world. This is my 11th hotel stay this year and by far the best experience. Hands down a wonderful place to stay. Already booked our next visit. Bravo to the staff especially Kristo and Lida!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, starting from the check in till to spa. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Very pleased with our stay.

"+" - comfortable, warm and relaxing. the staff is very friendly, caring and helps in all matters around the clock. the room is spacious, very warm, the beds are soft, there is water 0.5 per person. the relaxation area is wonderful. warm pool, hot jacuzzi, there is a shower nearby to wash off the foam from the jacuzzi. 2 types of sauna are also great. the massage was done by Miki - from the Philippines - a great professional in her field. according to my wishes - they combined a Swiss massage with hot stones. breakfasts are delicious, the selection is sufficient.

"-"- central heating - it is impossible to reduce it in the room. so they opened the window, but it was noisy from cars. does not have a safe, as indicated in the booking description - but it is unnecessary in this hotel

This is an excellent hotel that I highly recommend. It is very clean and comfortable with an amazing staff. They were the best I ever encountered. The manager here does a great job. Will be back again!

Only point to mention is that it should be allowed to walk in the bathrobe from the room to the spa area.

I stayed for 4 nights it was amazing the size of the room are very good and the staff were amazing and friendly and they will help you with everything you need
Also there are a very nice spa and inside pool. The location of the hotel is on the edge of Tirana but if you want to go to the middle of the city it will be from 10-15 min by car.
The restaurant of the hotel have very good delicious food.

I recommend if you want to visit Tirana to stay in this hotel.

Great Hotel, great Spa and great service. Its a bit outside the center but there is a bus stop on the street and a bus ride only costs 40 leke and takes like 10 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great pool and restaurant. Spa and massage was great. Outside of the city which gives it a very comfortable and quiet feel. Not a family hotel but great if you are with your significant other

We went to the spa and we REALLY recommend the massages, they are AMAZING. We also had fruit and fresh orange juice at the end!
