Restaurant Rosa e Tymosur

Just to give you an understanding on how good it is… we are driving 2 hours from Tirana just to eat duck in Rosa e Tymosur))
Keep in mind, it gets really busy there, so booking table in advance is a must!
Food is always great, starting from homemade bread and butter, traditional cheeses and starters, salads, and of course, duck is just delicious.
Service was never disappointing ether.
Ps the restaurant is located on the first line from the Orchid lake, so you can admire the beautiful view if you book a table on the second floor by the window.

Delicious food in a very beautiful place with nice and warm atmosphere. Also the prices are very good for European Travelers with a touch of reaching the gourmet category. I would like to see more quantity of food in dishes.

Best restaurant in the area. They specialise in smoked duck which is amazing with rice and prunes. They also serve a lovely starter platter with homemade bread, butter, and a range of toppings. The salad with smoked local fish was also delicious, rich in flavour. Also has a terrace with lovely views overlooking the promenade and the lake. Must visit in the area. Service is also great.

It was my second time at this place and enjoyed it much more than the first. The food was good and fresh; with a soft specialty duck that would melt in your mouth. Recommend especially for those chilly, rainy nights.

Best place to be in Pogradec, highly recommend. Delicious food, polite staff, cheap prices. No parking but that's fine. I suggest to ask for reservation before going there.

Excellent place to go in Pogradec. Great and genuine traditional food from their own farm, professional staff, reasonable prices. For a moment I thought it"s a Michelin star restaurant. The only thing to improve is the number of toilets which must meet the capacity of the place. Curious to try more menues we ordered too much food. Looking forward to revisit in the near future and try other delicacies.

Top notch restaurant with some amazing dishes.
The “ Petulla Kollozheku” pastry was so good.
The smoked duck was nicely cooked and the lamb was delicious.
We went on a Monday for lunch so the place wasn’t that busy. We got a great service and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
Left with the impression that I want to go back and try other dishes as well. Looking forward to it.

This is a special place. I think these guys here are slowly but surely heading into Michelin Star Land. The service was warm and unpretentious. We came home and looked these guys up - they are by no means an ordinary restaurant. They produce every.single.element (!) that comes to the table. They plant and harvest their own wheat to make their incredible bread, raise cows for their own cheese, farm ducks for...the duck (rosa), and grow the plums that grace the roast duck. We loved everything, but the yoghurt lamb was so good, that it tipped over into very unique indeed. Bravi!

This restaurant was amazing. The food was so tasty! We tried the smoked duck and the yoghurt casserole. The latter was just heaven on a plate! My friend said she even dreamed about it :-)

Very good dishes, very good service and affordable prices. The duck with dried plums is definitely a must try.

I enjoyed the dish with duck meat the most. It is their speciality and worth trying for those who like duck meat.

The house-bread was soo tasty that we couldn't stop eating!

Agrodolce Salad was also a unique combination of spinach, orange and nuts.

The music was very calm and gentle!

The second time we tried the steakhouse. It came associated with patatos in the oven and it was super delicious.

We also tried House Soup, a soup made of beef bone broth and ground lamb meet. It tasted very good!
I would eat it again and again, especially for its health values.

An enjoyable experience altogether. You can tell they have a good cook.

It is maybe more expensive than other restaurants in the area but worth it. I usually make sure to go whenever I stop in Pogradec.
I have not tried anything with fish yet but I go there for the duck.

We were for a family dinner, and the experience was simply great. The food is amazing and the waiter staff is very kind. Without hesitation, I recommend and will return.

Delicious food, duck meat best ever degustate

We were here for large family gathering. Staff was able to accommodate large group with ease. All dishes from antipaste to main were delicious. I've ordered house special duck which was great 👍. Prices a little higher for the area but I the food and experience here was worth it. I definitely recommend 👌
