Nice little cosy wooden bungalows on the hillside with a gorgeous view over the Porto Palermo bay and the castle. The bungalows are simple, but clean and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable, even in high season. The owner is very friendly and can tell many stories about the area and its development. He is a passionate nature lover and diving instructor, his plan is to have the entire bay turned into a nature protection area. Breakfast is provided in the shared community kitchen, which could use a few repairs and a bit of a cleanup. Overall great experience, we will definitely come back!

The eco village has a great position on the south of Albania. Its works with solar and wind energy which makes it very environmentally friendly. It is a unique place, distant from the crowded beaches. The view is breathtaking from the bungalows ( where you get accommodated) and from the terrace of the eco village. The bungalows are very cosy and offers all the necessary needed for pleasant days to fully enjoy your stay. The fresh air late evenings is a revitalization after the sunny days. The sea side is very close and the area provides opportunities to explore the bays nearby: you may rent swimming fins, googles, mask etc.,there is as well possibility to dive and explore better the underwater. The owner is very welcoming and supportive with information for the area. Service is worth the money spent. The eco village has as well WiFi.

Lovely simple bungalows overlooking a small bay with an 18th century fort and ex communist submarine base. Owned and run by a fascinating Albanian diver and environmentalist who has a wealth of knowledge.

Simple, Clean and very warm hospitality. One of the last places in Albania where is still possible to experience its beautiful nature

Super notwendig, diese Form des Tourismus - Wer dies unterstützen will ist hier richtig. Dass dies auf einem Stand ist, der Investitionen braucht ist überall sichtbar. Dennoch kann man den freundlichen Gastgebern nur zurufen: "Durchhalten"!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Agave village. La vue est incroyable, les chambres en bois sont spacieuses et agréables, avec un frigidaire et un petit balcon sur la mer. Les hôtes très gentils. Et la Baie côté rochers un petit paradis pour qui aime observer les poissons.
Le soir jolie vue sur la forteresse éclairée.
Il est vrai que l'eau est très légèrement salée car puisée dans le sous sol (pas de souci pour la douche et de l'eau potable est fournie, eau chaude tous les matins pour nous 3). Mais c'est le concept : un espace écologique et auto suffisant (électricité produite sur place, tout fonctionne). La cuisine pourrait effectivement être rajeunie mais dépanne bien offre un très bel espace où manger et papoter avec d'autres voyageurs. Nous avons aussi pu prendre de la nourriture à emporter au restaurant situé en contrebas, bien pratique. Un poil cher mais très bon.
Une jolie adresse dans un secteur où il est difficile de se loger et ou les constructions sont globalement affreuses. Nous avons paye peu cher (25€) et ça a été un de nos endroits préférés !

Luogo particolare e magico. Ecologico, panelli solari ed eolica. Più unico che raro in albania. Posto isolato da rumori e città, spartano ma comodo. Paesaggio bellissimo
