Albanian Star Hotel

We had a sea view room which was spacious and clean. The view was amazing! The beach in front of the hotel is easy accessible and has more sand than rocks! There's a restaurant that serves amazing food. There is live music. The staff really helps with making your stay enjoyable. We arrived late at night but could order roomservice before they closed by message. When we checked in, our food was already in our room. The breakfast was not their strong point, but the rest was great!

Great Hotel in a great location. Service is lovely and the team made our stay a very pleasant one. We were positively surprised by housekeeping who spotlessly cleaned the rooms and we're very friendly.
Cocktails at the Bamboo bar tasted so yummy and better than a loooot of "great" bars and hotels we visited.
Avra restaurant is a MUST. The food is just heavenly.
We will definitely be back.

For the price is good. As I was there war two lifts and they ware working very well. Musik was soft and confortable.

The food in the restaurant is super tasty and creative.
And definitely the great plus is that the hotel is located on the beach.
You also always have free beads and umbrellas that are organized from the hotel .
The rooms are in good condition, we've had one with sea view. The view is magnificent , especially during sunset .
If you are not a lover of nights out and wanna go into bed early , i should warn you that the music from the bars can be heard in the seaview rooms, so you should better take room that looks on the garden .
I would definitely visit again.

Staff are welcoming and accommodating, food is amazing breakfast and dinner they never leave a buffet tray empty. Hotel had Air Conditioning issues but this is a minor issue since breeze helps. They tried to accommodate us but we wanted a sea view so AC is not an issue since we were out most of the day and night anyway. The important thing is they attend issues right away, that's what's important for anyone, at least for me.
Parking staff are friendly and helpful, seats at the beach are comfy and light to move when shade is needed. Live music nightly in many languages so most tourists are felt like home. Bathrooms have a sewage ventilation issue so keep windows open to avoid smell. Towels are super soft and linen are clean, staff are always cleaning which is a huge plus to feel like home. The only thing is dealing with the currency as you have to spend 2000 Lek to pay with credit card, so I would consider preparing with a lot of Albanian Lek currency in advance.

Amazing hotel! After reading the mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure about this hotel - but I’m so glad I stayed here. The staff were so friendly. My room was spacious, quiet, the bed was comfortable, good air conditioning, beautiful ocean view from a big balcony, and there was even a free sauna! It’s steps from the beach and a small grocery store. The only downside was the food; the buffet was often lukewarm.

Very nice clean, modern hotel. The cafe they have called “Avra” was fantastic. Cute, open late, great coffee.

They have a nice patio outside as well. We spent every day at avra for a coffee or beer to sit on the porch and warm up, use Wi-Fi, and take a break.

Didn’t serve food or cocktails in march though…

Ideal location, close to the sea. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice and tidy rooms.

The stay was amazing! The room was very modern, clean towels were brought to our room everyday and the beds made for us.
We had a tasty breakfast including omlette, croissants, juice, coffee, water, fruits or pastries.
The hotel is always clean and we were treated so nice.
Also, there is a parking and wifi.

I was very in doubt at the start as I saw that staff was very young. As there are a lot of new hotels nearby I asked for hotel age. And they said 12. I would say that I was impressed. Hotel is very comfy and nice. Rooms are so ckean and very spacious. The restaurant and cuisine was perfect . The staff was very welcoming. The beach is very clean and has a beach bar restaurant. There is also a nice swimming pool. I would close by inviting the ones who read my review that they will feel the same as I felt. I love this place.

Hotel is new, Next to the beach, food is great and it's very clean.
The Pool is so small it looks more like a fountain and there is no parking.

Excellent hotel worth for the stars. Spotlessly clean, the staff is very helpful and polite. The view from the room towards the sea is stunning. Great restaurant with delicious dishes. Two beach bars from the hotel are also awesome. The prices are totally affordable. I would definitely recomend this hotel.

Has a great view in the front side! (but you must pay extra €). You can see the front side of the restaurant, the pool, the riviera and beach! Is magical!!! 😍 We sleep in room 405.

Generous breakfast (till 10.00). Open bufe.

They organise Live music every night (we went end July 2018). We really liked the Albanian Night with dancers and traditional clothes! :)

The room is big and modern, very clean!

Beach is at 10 m away from the restaurant, chairs and umbrellas are free.

Recently renovated hotel and still fixing some of the rooms.The restaurant on the first floor was ready for tourists this year and the food was good.The beach is very close, 30 seconds walk from the hotel so if you are lazy, this is it!
The room we stayed was nr. 705, with sea view..beautiful..Also we used it for a Christian Singles Conference so we had the conference room on the 9th floor. Excellent space and with air con in place...yes, I recomend the place..enjoy it if you have a chance!

The best place to visit. Great staff and ready 24/7. Delicious food. A beautiful sea and promenade view from the balcony. Highly recommended.
