Kavalona Hotel

Nice place to stay, rooms are clean, beach not that far away, breakfast in the morning, service is great. In case need to wait for receptionist just press the button on a table. We stayed off season, so jus a little people around. It’s a bit far away from Vlore so car would be good to have.

Staying at this hotel was absolute delight for me and my family. The place is an ex Zoo and is full of nature. The hotel itself is also very nice, where the newer part can even be called modern. But the best part of it is actually the staff, which represents of a big family which takes care of everything. It felt as if these people were available anytime, anywhere.. very, very friendly and hardworking family. There are also few animals there, freely walking among people, a kid's playground (one of the little old and rather worn things in the entire place), an indoor/outdoor restaurant, where normally you can ask for everything. The hotel is very close to the beautiful north Vlore beach, which by the way is outside the city, and far away from the very busy and tough congestions, which are definitely annoying. English language is freely spoken from the younger members of the family, Italian from the older ones. The rooms can be cleaned whenever you ask for or every few days. The same goes for changing sheets or towels. Absolutely satisfied from being there. Thank you.

I wish I could give 10 stars to these great people and place. The hotel is being renovated (no construction works while guests are staying) so we got brand new room and bathroom, the facilities were like on the photos. The hotel is surrounded with trees and greenery, there are peacocks and cute little hens walking around. The place is just perfect for kids and everyone who needs proper rest, away from the crowds. It is very close to famous Narta beach and close to Vlore city (maybe several minutes ride).
They produce their own food for the restaurant, the quality is remarkable and the pricing is reasonable.
The people working here are smiling, very friendly and helpful. They will go an extra mile to help and we really felt genuinely welcomed.
There is always hot water, there is TV and A/C, the WiFi signal is excellent. The mattress was brand new and clean. The towels were provided, also liquid soap and shower gel. There is a big free parking and also security guard during the night.
I will surely come back!

Shrinking with nature.

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch im Naturschutzgebiet umgeben vom Pinienwald.
Es ist von einem verwilderten Park umgeben, der dem ganzen wie in anderen Rezensionen schon erwähnt etwas Weltuntergangsstimmung gibt. Aber genau das macht den Charme des Hotels aus. Unser Zimmer war sauber und sogar mit Bidet ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück auch lecker mit Spiegeleiern und frischem Gemüse.
Ein besonderes Hotel aber wirklich empfehlenswert.

Un hôtel aux airs de fin du monde avec les statuts et jeu pour enfants : volontaire ou pas, voyage dans le temps garanti et très agréable !! Une chambre propre et spacieuse avec un petit-déjeuner copieux et frais.
Emplacement privilégié pour aller à la plage
Attention toutefois à la propreté dans le couloir et à la climatisation (1 sur 2 fonctionnait)

Stabile immerso nel verde, con zona pub/ristorante esterno per chi vuole cenare in struttura. Camere grandi e pulitissime. Il tutto immerso nel verde, la sera tutto illuminato è uno spettacolo. Rapporto qualità-prezzo Top! I proprietari gentilissimi ci hanno dato tante indicazioni per il nostro viaggio. A 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e 15 minuti dal lungomare di Valona.

Wir waren drei Tage Dort. Haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Die Familie ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Abend machen sie dort Pizza die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Viele Früchte und Obst im Garten der mal ein Zoo war. Ein cooler Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Proprietari gentili e simpaticissimi! Struttura immersa nel verde di un bel giardino nel bel mezzo della pineta di Nartë, posizione ottima per il mare e per visitare i posti vicino come l'isola di Zvërnec in cui si trova un affascinante monastero, e Valona col suo lungomare.

Es un hotel muy curioso ya que según leí es un antiguo zoo, está integrado en la naturaleza muy bien. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno completo, nos gustó mucho.
El único pero es que está muy apartado pero también tiene su lado positivo
