I visited this restaurant several times (04/2021). Very friendly and opened staff, good traditional food (also vegetarian), WiFi available (useful for translations). Clear recommendation.

The place to be for good traditional food: ask the chef what is ready to be served and you won't have to wait long for a delicious meal.
Menu in Albanian and English.
Oh and yes... What a view!
