Charming hotel.
Location - Amazing
Service- more then Amazing. Very friendly, very helpful. Best host we had in Albania.
Food- Very good, tasty, homemade. Lunch is an extra payment - good value for money.
Beds on the beach - they have an agreement and it was very cheap.
Gave us bicycles for free, for two hours.

Very recommended place to stay in Velipoje.

I stayed here with my family for a week. Our apartment was very convenient including air conditioning, kitchen and very clean and comfortable beddings. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and served with professionalism by Lisi who was so kind and pleasant! The hotel reserved an umbrella and beach chairs daily. The beach was a few minutes away. Highly recommended for any family!

We stayed here for one week and can honestly say that it was perfect. The rooms are good but who is really in rooms when we have a beach waiting for us just a few steps away. I was so pleased to wake up in the morning, to walk out and see the sea right from the hotel. I loved that we could walk quickly back to our room from the beach if we needed something or needed to cool off!
I had the opportunity to make windsurf and it was a great experience thanks to the professional staff the boards and sails are very good giving me the opportunity to try something new. This is an amazing place to go windsurfing, even if you don’t want to windsurf. Highly recommended to try!
Great place under the pine tree and I was sad to have to say goodbye. We will definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel for about 4 nights. It was very clean and the staff was also very good.
Food was always fresh and homemade and gave me a good insight of some of the tradional albanian dishes.
U can also call them to book the rooms which saves some money off booking.com

Where to start...
Staff professional and polite, very friendly and willing to give advices...Apartment very clean and in good condition, cleaned routinely... Prices affordable (so far, hope to stay that way)... Breakfast very good, lunch is opcional (on demand) Beach good, security (personal belongings) on the site... Strongly recommended...

Very hospitable personal. The place is kids frendly with lot of toys. There is private parking, located in shade. Overall great holiday

Veoma lijep mali hotel na mirnoj lokaciji, dorucak i rucak jako ukusan pripreman na tradicionalni nacin uzivali smo. 5 min normalne setnje do plaze, lezaljke i suncobran su besplatni, pjescana plaza (djeca uzivala). Sve pohvale za Bujanu gazdaricu i osoblje. Bazen u sklopu hotela, je dostupan u dva vremenska perioda besplatno. Od nas veoma tople preporuke.

È tutto ben organizzato e pulito, il cortile è curato con tante piante e due splendidi gatti....La proprietaria che parla un ottimo italiano, è sempre presente per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Se poi cercate la perfezione scegliete un 5 stelle con relativi costi. Due ottimi giorni!!!

Bardzo fajny hotelik z aneksem kuchennym w każdym pokoju. Codzienna wymiana ręczników i sprzątanie pokoju, w cenie leżaki na plazy i codziennie 30 minut kajak na morzu. Śniadania super. Możliwość kupienia obiadów.
Bardzo uprzejmi właściciele. Polecam dla rodzin. Pokoje wystarczajace.

Predivan mali hotel sa izvanrednom uslugom. Svakodnevno menjanje peškira, a posteljine na 3. dan. Domaćica Bujana ljubazna i spremna da pomogne i uputi. Veliko hvala!

Охайний готель. Приємні господарі. У вартість входить сніданок і обід. Безкоштовні лежаки на пляжі, за місцем і речами завжди приглядав молодий чоловік з готелю. Можна безкоштовно кататись на каноє пів години. Є прокат велосипедів, година безкоштовно. На вихідних господар катає діток на паруснику. Пляж з чорного піску - треба звикнути. Море прохолодне.

Nderthurja e bregdetit te Velipojes me eksperiencen e Ilirit ne sportet e ujit eshte fantastike. Duhet vecuar edhe kuzhina tradicionale e shijshme dhe me cmim te arsyeshem.

Отличный отель для семьи с детьми. Вкусные завтраки, обеды. Закрытая территория, детская площадка. На пляже от отеля есть шезлонги.

O hotelu i obsłudze mogę wypowiadać się w samych superlatywach - bardzo przyjazna, spokojna i miła atmosfera- szkoda że to już za nami 😀

fino uredan cist hotel, osoblje raspolozeno i prijatno. Hrana friska. Plaza je 150 i na plazi cak imaju svo svoj suncobran i lezaljke. Prodavnica blizu, sve pohvale
