Apartment's Rezidenca SINANI

Truly lovely and amazing place to stay, affordable and convenient, with a very kind staff. The apartment has everything you need, and the home made food is provided by an experienced cook. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially for an extended amount of time.

Sinani locates in village but only 600meter or 10min walk reaches to beach. Nearby 10 min drive can reach very nice local food restaurants. Host young lady is very friendly, speaks English, Italian and French. This property has comfortabled private parking, very safety for your luxury car or mobile. All area inside room or outside parking has more than 15 cameras supervising. If you are very nice and lucky guy, owner can offer you room on top which has 360 degree panorama super size balcony with mountain +sea + village view. Room has washing machine, 3 days staying is so short, we enjoyed a lot!

Its location is good, no many people around you. Very clean inside and out side. The owners live there and take very good care for all of us, strongly recommended.

Emanuela - italoalbanese - e la sua famiglia sono in assoluto le persone più cordiali, disponibili ed educate che abbiamo incontrato durante il ns tour dell'Albania. Di un'educazione e disponibili infinite. Ci hanno aiutato con la prenotazione dell'auto facendoci risparmiare molto, ci hanno prenotato la cena e fatto portare un pranzo all'appartamento. Mi hanno anche fatto 2 lavatrici e asciugatrici industriali senza chiedere niente per il disturbo. Sono persone di compagnia e molto professionali. Le camere sono funzionali, molto ben pulite ed Orikum è un buon compromesso come punto d'appoggio. Il patio esterno è sicuro e comodo per i bambini. Il paese effettivamente non ha moltissimo da offrire alle famiglie ma sicuramente faremo ritorno da Emanuela.

Abbiamo alloggiato per due notti in questo hotel. La proprietaria molto carina, disponibile e attenta agli ospiti. Appartamento carino, ottima rapporto qualità-prezzo, nel prezzo della stanza è compreso anche l'ombrellone. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Nuova costruzione ,camere pulitissime e corredate di tutto il necessario, biancheria pulita e profumata, i gestori giovani simpatici e disponibili, parlano perfettamente l'italiano. Affidatevi per qualsiasi consiglio,dai ristoranti dove andare alle spiagge più belle da visitare.

Personale gentilissimo, appartamento grande e pulito e, in più, lettini gratuito alla spiaggia gestita dalla stessa famiglia (dove si mangia anche molto bene). Cosa volere di più??

Ідеальна чистота як у апартаментах, так і на сходинках, у дворі і кафе, яке обслуговує гостей). Приязність персоналу на найвищому рівні. Стоянка для авто гостей. Море поряд (пляж біля Blue Paradise чи Nettuno Beach Bar) - 5-7 хв. Пляж гальковий, чистий, прибирається, для заходу в воду бажано мати коралки. Кафе та магазинів в Орікумі вдосталь, ціни на рівні України. Окремий респект для господині апартаментів - Manuela, при можливості поставив би 10+ балів. Сіао, bella Manuela. Gracious!!!!

Residence senza fronzoli, tutto nuovo, ci trovi ciò che serve per una vacanza in famiglia. Emanuela, che ha vissuto in Italia per tanto tempo, è disponibile e gentilissima. Dà indicazioni e consigli su come muoversi nei dintorni. Ottima posto a metà strada dal casino di Valona e le più belle spiagge del sud. Inoltre è possibile anche fermarsi per i pasti, ci pensa sempre Emanuela. Ottimo
