Maxola's Dream Hotel & Restaurant

Love it! The staff is simply fantastic: they made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable even if basic. They could improve the maintenance of the bathroom: just fix broken things. Wi-fi is free of charge. The location is wonderful: in front of the seaside. They have a private beach. The food is really good. Not expensive at all. Good value for money. You don't have to expect luxury but a simple place with honest and friendly people.

The owner Papi is a really cool and nice dude! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had some Rakis together. The food is tasty and the place at the beach is perfect to recharge your batteries while travelling 😀

Synopsis: lovely budget hotel in Orikum located by the beach
Pros:
Very helpful and friendly staff. We had booked two rooms but when we arrived it turned out that only one was available. The owner quickly organised a second room in an adjacent building, which turned out to be even better than the first one (e.g. it had a decent TV). In the evening we were treated to rakiya (home-made grape vodka) by that kind gentleman. Breakfast was typical as in other Albanian hotels but the coffee was very good. The hotel is located just across the beach in a quiet area. No problem with finding the parking place.
Cons:
A musty smell could be sensed in our room on the ground floor, probably caused by poor ventilation drawing out moisture.

The host 'Papi' is a charming guy and his wife is a great cook. We've had a lot of fun with Papi.

de beste plek van albanie tussen 2 mooie bergkammen en een baai mooi blauw water. eten heeel goed albanese keuken prijzen perfect en. ja de familie zijn erg vriendelijk en goede mensen. vraag naar PAPI en de OCTOPUSMAN. 2 echte mannen die van het leven genieten en de gasten heel vriendelijk en leuk behandelen en vergeet de raki niet

Fuimos a cenar y nos atendieron muy amablemente a pesar que fuimos un poco tarde. El pescado estaba buenísimo y el tomate increíble!! Nos trataron genial el sitio es muy bonito y se ve muy cuidado. La situación y las vistas inmejorables. Gracias volveremos

Einfache und sehr saubere unterterkunft. Unbezahlbar die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Essen ist lokal und sehr lecker. Preise moderat. Strand schön und direkt vor der Unterkunft. Jederzeit und gerne wieder hier übernachten. Absolut top.
