I have never dealt with such a professional company before. Full of professionalism and incredible commitment to customer service. Very nice people. The gentleman from the rental company gave us a lift to the port itself because we had a cruise. I heartily recommend it.

Le service est incroyable, la voiture était parfaite et le prix est vraiment pas cher. Tony saura prendre soin de vous, c'est quelqu'un de très sympathique et très serviable. Au delà de la location, c'était une très belle rencontre.

Wir haben für 7 Tage ein Auto gemietet. Das Auto war sauber, in einem sehr guten Zustand und machte überhaupt keine Probleme. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir wollten spontan unsere Reiseroute etwas verändern und das Auto etwas später zurück bringen. Da das Auto danach noch frei war wurde uns das ohne zusätzliche Kosten und Probleme nach kurzer Rücksprache ermöglicht. Außerdem fuhr uns der Vermieter nach Rückgabe des Autos zur Bushaltestelle und klärte mit dem Busfahrer für uns, wo wir genau aussteigen möchten. Wir können Penta auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden dort wieder ein Auto mieten!

Das Fahrzeug (Skoda Fabia) haben wir vom 11.09. - 16.09 gemietet. Das Auto war in tadellosem Zustand. Der Eigentümer war äussert freundlich. Er hat uns, inkl. Gepäck, vom Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht. Dabei wollte er für diesen netten Service kein Entgelt. Wir können die Penta Group jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Abbiamo noleggiato un auto presso questo gruppo e sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, ottimo servizio, ci hanno accolto e accompagnato anche al porto di domenica. Prezzo conveniente, auto praticamente nuova e con tutti i comfort. Consigliatissimi!

Il est tres serieux et fiable ce qui met en confiance pour louer une voiture, le contrat est bien fait également. Übernahme und Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs verlief sehr angnehem und zügig.
Aus meiner Sicht sehr empfehlenswert - sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Tony il titolare ci ha accolto nella gentilezza più assoluta. Se volete noleggiare auto questo è il posto giusto per chi è un visita a valona. ❤

Alquilamos nuestro coche para 7 días en Albania aquí. El dueño de la empresa ha sido muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos un problema con el coche y lo solucionaron fácilmente. Además, precio muy económico para lo que se ve por ahí. Toni un 10, muy buen tipo. ¡Un placer!

Recomiendo totalmente este sitio para alquilar un coche con el que recorrer Albania. Precios mucho más bajos que en las agencias de Rent a car internacionales y te facilitan coches buenos y modernos.
Especial mención a Toni, el dueño, que nos ayudó en todo momento con el alquiler y se mostró muy comunicativo y generoso.
