The entire property gives you that feeling of relaxation. The customer service is exceptional, helpful and efficient. The breakfast is amazing with all that Mediterranean fresh products. Every detail was taken care of. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, everything reflects beauty and a Zen atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was so beautifully prepared than I am still thinking about it. The setting of the restaurant was quite special as well, by the pool with a wonderful fire place that just added to the whole atmosphere. Unforgettable times!

The Spa experience was amazing. Highly recommended, had two massages enjoyed every minute. The rest of the hotel has been a good experience as well.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff is super kind, the private beach is perfect. They also have a very nice breakfast and in the evening we had a late night desert &cocktail which were both beautiful and delicious. Would definitely recommend. We visited during low season so it was nice an quiet.

This beautiful boutique hotel is in the most stunning location, a long spacious beach in a quiet cove, on a still warm ocean with the rarest pink sunsets and an evening moon rarely experienced. Soft underfoot grass and beautiful landscaped gardens lead you to the beach. It is surrounded to the rear by climbing green hills (development in the area is notably restricted, there is no high rise allowed).

The pool consists of 3 pools which seamlessly blend into one another and is completely equipped with all that is required, a subtle bar and it all looks directly out onto the ocean.

The rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed, the beds are as comfortable as one could imagine with luxurious linen and the bathroom of the very highest specification. It’s Four Seasons without the corporate feeling.

The restaurant serves perfect, unreal sushi, seafood cooked on the turn and a wider Italian menu that is as good as anywhere in the world.

The staff are thoughtful, attentive and genuinely enjoy being a part of this unique experience and the people here are warm and genuinely kind.

The planning that must have gone into designing this is truly exceptional.

It all makes for an altogether unforgettable experience.

Seriously beautiful hotel in a fantastic location on Livadhi beach. Our room was super clean, comfortable and had stunning views over the water. The staff were super friendly and the service was fantastic even though the hotel had just opened for the season. They arranged taxis whenever we needed and were super helpful. The food is amazing, you MUST take advantage of the incredible sushi chef, some of the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!

Very Nice medium range hotel, located in front of the beach. We stayed 1 night in early July. The rooms on the first floor was as amounce - small - has But a balcony facing the sea. We had included the umbrella and sunbed on the shoreline.
Regular breakfast: omelette with ham, cheese & peppers + Sliced cucumber and tomato + Greek cheese. Tea, juice and bread. Butter & honey.

Beautiful hotel, clean and cosy rooms! Excelkent breakfast. The beach one of the best in Albania. Just a small remark for the staf service, they should be more fast to clean the tables after people has finished their meals.

I love this place. 10/10 in everth. Food is the most delisious of all the restorants in south of albania. Italian chef the best. I also appraciate the staff boys by the beach who are always ready to help in evrth. Best staff!

Visionary , Luxurious, Comfortable and Clean hotel set in what resembles an oasis of green and blue infinity.

An absolute delight in every aspect. Myself and my family had the pleasure of staying for 2 weeks at this hotel in June.

Visionary as it’s the only green hotel in Albania as it recycled and gave back to feed the greenery around.

The Reception staff were very professional and very welcoming. They made sure that all of our requests were seen too and that our stay was a pleasant one.

The food was delicious and the restaurant was lovely with great breakfast bar that had lots of choices for adults and children. The staff were very attentive and polite .

The rooms were clean, airy and very well designed. The toiletries in the rooms have it as peacock touch. The bed and sofa (our toddler loved) very comfortable with beautiful sea views.

We had a choice of sitting at the beach or relax by the swimming pools ( a child friendly one available) with amazing bar service . Not to mention that whoever way you turned your eyes you enjoyed views of the either the castle and olive trees or infinity blue.

This GEM has breathed a new way of life and standards for this beautiful village . It has been built very tastefully to blend into the sorrounding.

We would Highly recomend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a few days of pure relaxation with family or without.

There are many sites to visit near by and use the hotel as a base as we did on certain days.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I also ate the best salmon dinner in my entire life at the restaurant. My most impact and positive experience from this trip was the staff. in specific a young gentleman named Frenkli. The guy showed me where everything was located in and out of town. He was incredibly helpful with everything i asked or requested. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

My family and I send 9 days at this boutique hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. This a brand new, modern hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a 5 start establishment. All the rooms are sea facing and the food is delicious, from breakfast to dinner. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
Truly a place you must stay if you are visiting this beautiful part of the world.

We stayed here for one week in July and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food is amazing without being overpriced. We ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The area surrounding the hotel is more for camping but there is no need to leave the hotel as it has everything you need. Your choice of beach or pool (or both if you like) and the large sunbeds they have for rent are great for setting up for the day by the beach. If you don’t want one of the huge sunbeds they have sunlounges with umbrellas which come free with your room rental and the beach bar is right there!!

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday where you have everything you need right there at your doorstep then I can’t recommend this place enough.

Also great for families as they have a kids pool :)

Used the spa. Had a deep tissue massage & manicure. Both Bona & Ona were extremely professional. Super happy with my nails and feel very relaxed. Thank you ladies 🔥

The hotel was in a real 5 star quality with a staff smiling and competent and a cleanliness impeccable. The food was delicious and the sea view splendid!

Amazing hotel with great staff and attentive service. The beach area is not crowded and beautiful. The breakfast spread was great. The rooms were modern and spotless. highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a night, the hotel is located in Livadh A Lovely Bay Of Himar, Looks Beautiful on Outside and breathtaking on the Inside.
Checked in around midday as a couple, had a lovely lunch by the pool, then within a couple of minutes walk arrived at the beach took a couple dips and relaxed in the most convertible sun beds yet and enjoyed the sea views while sipping on fresh cocktails and fruit salad.
Later that afternoon my love was treated at their velur sauna & spa and done her hair by a lovely girl called lola, while I hit the gym for 45 min then the sauna, then had the best 60min massage by a Philippine Lady called Loren very satisfied.
The evening got even better, dinner was exceptional credit to the chef looks and tastes to die for, we stayed by the pool enjoying Suffle Ice Cream and the New York Cheesecake, finishing our bottle of wine, had a little late night walk by the Sea then called it the best night ever.
A must visit hotel !

Albania is beautiful by default, however, this place was special from every angle.
The architecture, attention to detail, the gym, bathroom, balcony, beach, restaurant, pool, you can literally walk around Miamar and be in awe at the design, the reflection of the mountain views as you enter the reception area. It was truly amazing.

The spa was spectacular, the lovely lady at Velur Spa took good care of me and I will be visiting their Spa in Tirana next month when I arrive in the city. Exceptional quality at a very affordable price.

Will definitely be visiting again!
