Europcar Car Rent

I rented a car through this company a month ago and it was a good experience in general. It was my first car rental, so I can't exactly compare, but everything was more or less smooth.

The only issue I had was waiting when returning the car. I can't imagine I would have, for example, a flight scheduled near the return. I I arrived 15 minutes before my rental deadline, but there was nobody in the Europcar booth. I called the provided phone number, and I was told that I can take photos of the parked car, leave keys at the desk, and leave. I did not want to do that since at the pickup, car's paint was damaged all over, and I didn't believe they noted everything into the scheme.

So we waited for an hour (even though we were told there would be someone in 15-30mins), an employee came, we checked the car, and everything was fine. I was lucky that I had time to spare.
