I had a delightful stay at this hotel, where the staff's warmth and hospitality stood out. The chef and team were exceptionally welcoming, going the extra mile to celebrate my wife's birthday with a delicious chocolate cake. The rooms and service were commendable, providing a comfortable experience. Nestled in a mountainous area, the hotel offers a close-to-nature feel, and my son enjoyed the well-equipped kids' area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

It is rare to come across such amazingly beautiful people (staff) and ambience. Customer service at its best. One of the best hotels I have been in the world. Deserves a 5 star for it's service levels, food quality and taste. The place in winter is right out of a fairy tale. From the moment we walked in and being welcomed at the reception, to every single call made for any services we needed, were attended to with great attention to detail. Will come back 105%.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days while visiting lake Sevan and its surroundings. Although we felt the rooms were not up to the mark, but services and facilities compensated for it. The food, drinks were awesome in justified price. The kids zone, trampoline was a big bonus. Definitely recommend for family with kids.

Staff very friendly and try to help despite they dont speak English ,excellent service and setting is amazing but the nearest shop is 20 minutes walk

Me and my family's experience was amazing. Although we were only booked for the guest rooms, we still very much enjoyed. The food was amazing as well as the location, where you have an amazing view of the city as well as loads or acitvities and restaurants you can experience.

Staff are very accommodating, always smiling, willing to help even some of them don't speak english. From reception till room service is very great. we will leave morning and once we came back they clean the room without anything missing. Room is very nice and very clean, heated and make us comfortable in a cold weather. Food in restaurant is very nice so as staff. We took taxi going to ropeway, ski resort and it's cheap as the hotel is near.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. It is purely a ski town, so don't expect a city square or sorts. The Ropeway is close by about a 20 mins walk uphill.

We booked a cottage for us and it was amazing, very clean & spacious, have fridge, cooking range and microwave, beds are comfortable, had 2 bathrooms with full amenities. Would be excellent to add a washing machine and hair dryer. Location is between the city center and the cable carts. The hotel restaurant was the best among all restaurants we tried in Yerevan and very reasonable priced with very good portions.

Cottages are so comfortable and with the nice view. The interior is modern and comfortable at the same time. The important thing that the resort is very close to the city center and the same time to Tsaghkadzor ropeway and Zip line. Not far from resort you can find historical Kecharis church and Tsaghkadzor city park.
It's a really great place with the good service and the kind staff.

Came here for vacation....its the best place to stay since its very close to ropeway and zipline here...ropeway is said to be one of the longest in the world and during snow, it's the best feel of adrenaline rush in you if you like these adventurous activities... must visit place...
