There's 2 women workin on this agency of air France, the old one is so racist and very ignorant and unfortunately she impact the youngest too , never deal with them

I wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is terrible. Though I was the only person except the two employees,, I had to wait for quite sometime until my presence was acknowledged — then was told changing the date of my flight back would cost me an arm and a leg, even though my business class ticket states that there’s no penalty for changes. In addition, I was blatantly being lied about the seating, that row 28 was somehow business class.
These people should be fired.
