Based on the beautiful pictures, we booked a night on our motorcycle tour. Unfortunately, the weather caused us major problems on the outward journey. We had to cancel. The contact was friendly, quick and extremely customer-friendly. Thank you for the professional handling, the friendliness and the understanding. Your lodge is on our list!

Nice new hotel (opened in 2021) run by a New Zealander and his wife in a beautiful location near the gorgeous Noravank monastery and gorge.

There was some confusion about the type of room I had booked. Be aware, there are some rooms that do NOT have a bathroom, which is extremely unusual in an upscale hotel anywhere in the world. The owner was responsive to my issue and ensured I had a room with a bathroom.

A couple things needing improvement: There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and no refrigerator in my room, which again is shocking for a place catering to the higher end. Every other hotel room I've stayed in in Armenia has a fridge, a necessity to keep food and drinks cold while roadtripping.

Highly recommended new hotel: big rooms, very clean, great views and marvellous sorroundings. The owners are very friendly and helpful with great knowlege of local sights and culture. Big and very good breakfast we couldn't finish. The only pity was we could only stay one night, but we will return if we are in the area again.

I loved the idea why it was built at such a wonderful location! The owners are so enthusiastic that you feel a really local resting complex. Their local wine, fruit trees and rivers flowing around the property feels like heaven! Great thanks to the wonderful family for their hospitality!

New beautiful luxury hotel nestled in the orchard and vinyard next to Arpa river. Interesting place to spend time with family and friends.

We were searching for a good hotel to stay and accidentally came accross this place. The owners are extremly hospitable, friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like home. They shared their experiences and also was kind enough to guide and accompany us to some sites (off beat places). They also guided us on what to do during our stay and we were able to make the most of it. We would have never known about these places if they had not told us. The room we booked (Delux room) was very comfortable with good amminities like balcony, jacuzzi, bath robe and other things. The is a stream that runs behind the building and they have planted many fruit and flower trees/plants. They are also keen on promoting local employment and culture. There is lots to do and learn just styaing here. Such a great experience.

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold på det nyåbnede hotel. Værterne enormt venlige, fantastisk stor have ud til floden og mange steder, man kunne slå sig ned og nyde naturen og den fantastiske udsigt. Helt igennem et afslappende ophold!

This place is located in the heart of a spectacular region and it might be nice in the future. We were a group of 3 who booked two rooms on-line based the photos, and were told the finishing touches were still being made on the construction. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was very much still a construction zone, although our two rooms (and only these two)
were made up and adequate, although missing certain features like floor boards and trim. Water also didn’t work except during certain limited hours. There was a sitting area where the owner and his family camped out which seemed very much a like a home living room. The rest of the building, however, remains very much a construction zone which you must pass through to get upstairs to the rooms. The owner, from Australia, and his family welcomed us with a drink and some fruit, and gave us some background on the region and the hotel. We also heard about the construction delays and problems. No amenities on site were operating (no pool, no restaurant, no bar), although the family did invite us to have dinner with them. Unfortunately, our group felt we could not stay given construction and minimal privacy. When we told the owner that we could not stay, but appreciated the beauty and potential of the place. We were then abruptly told to “get out.” When I apologized for the inconvenience and indicated I did not mean to cause any offence, I was told that I had offended the owner and his family and told to “just leave now.” It was the most awkward arrival and departure in all my travels. I wish the owner and his family well in this endeavour.The place has a lot of potential, but is a long ways from being ready.
