Wat Buddhalavarn

A tranquil Laotian Buddhist Monastery set on a vast property with the centerpiece being the extremely ornate and photogenic main temple.

Please check in with the one of the resident monks (or one of the volunteers) before wandering around and be sure to leave a donation as well.

Friendly place. It is amazing that they have such a beautiful building. The monks thought im thai and started a conversation with "sawadee". It seems like there is something happening (people dressed up and there were some food) during our visit. A nice place to stop by.
