I have taken clothing and curtains here before and found them to be extremely helpful and professional. They're usually busy which is a good sign. Quotes are reasonable and they're conveniently located.

Lovely staff. In the past, they have done small repairs for me on the spot - which I was very grateful for. Clothes always pressed/cleaned as expected. Open till 5:30 which is helpful.

I am not sure what Roxanne is talking about the staff member was quite tolerant with the ranting that was coming from the customer that day. She did apologise quite a few times but unfortunately she was still called incompetent. I have always found the staff helpful and willing to take on any job. Mistakes do happen.

They don't clean on premises. Don't tell them two days is all right if you want AM hours on the second day, they won't be there until after 4:00PM!
No one wants to deal with Ipswich traffic after 4!
