The Staff were so helpful and kind, and of all places away from Melbourne, I found what I needed for my 'Report'! Never assume that a smaller country area cannot help you more than the Big City!

Great service again. We ordered product on line Monday from Sydney and it was delivered in Ararat Wednesday morning. Can't complain about that. Thanks

The Best Post Office in the World!!! I love the staff, they are so friendly and attentive. My parcels always arrive on time and every time I go into the store they have a huge smile on their face. I totally love them. Thanks for making life for us so wonderful. You guys rock!!!!

Many times I have used this post office and have found the women serving bordering on rude. Invariably I've waited lengthy times to be served, generally ignored. Is it because I don't have 3 generations in the local cemetery?

Gave my package once to some random guy who opened the parcel and than realised after opening it that it wasn't he's items. Luckily he was nice enough to return it to reception...however if he hadn't been so nice and honest to return it this item could have been stolen and I would have been notified that the parcel was "picked up"

Today I went in to get an item that said it was delivered yesterday and is being "sent back to sender" I was confused so I went to the post today and was told I "should have picked it up" and that it was "sitting in the back for 10 days" I asked how I was supposed to know that when I hadn't even been notified. She lied and said "I was notified" when I showed her I wasn't she said "you have to contact the sender" she also said she was the one who returned it yesterday. So it makes sense why she wasn't taking responsibility...because she's the one who made the mistake. I was confused and felt bad that the sender now might need to pay to have it re-sent. I decided to call the post instead and the lady confirmed that she can't see anything on her end that shows I received a notification informing me that the parcel is there to be picked up. I had to go back to the post office for the second time. The lady who served me the first time (the one who returned it) seemed angry that I returned in order to find out what I need to do or what they can do for me since their the ones who made a mistake on their end. Again I was told by another staff member that I have to "contact sender." Even though the lady I spoke to over the phone said that the post office should be the ones to try and get it back for me...since it was their mistake. Now I have to be the one to chase it up.

Edit: for anyone who doesn't know, in order to get a notification that your item has arrived it has to be scanned in by the post office so you know when to go pick it up...and it wasn't scanned.

One older woman ,blond with glasses is rude and arrogant shouldn't be in customer service would be better out the back,dread if she serves me ,always know it's not going to be a good experence,all other staff are really good,always helpful and do their jobs well

Never on time, items always come damaged. Pathetic service
