Friendly, professional and helpful service. After 12 + years of not having my eyes tested Sophie explained the results of my eye test in clear detail. Choosing frames was quick and easy and I've walked out a very happy customer. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses in a week or two.

Very accommodating with my booking time. The optometrist was a young lady with outstanding knowledge and articulated everything in terms that I could understand. She was exceptionally thorough, super friendly and relatable. I have seen many optometrists in my life time and I would rate my experience with this woman as one of the best. She built a rapport of trust almost instantly with her confidence and kind manner. I would certainly trust her for my next appointment and would certainly buy my next pair of glasses from Gawler OPSM!

All the staff were very helpful, professional and were able to provide me with support and information about my prescription and eye wear. The store is well set out and user friendly with easy entry access and also movement inside the store.

Took my teens and the staff were warm and friendly while still being highly professional. From start to finish was a fantastic experience. They helped alleviate any worries or fears about using the machines for first timers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They continue to manage my eye health and vision.
I feel very confident when I go there that I am going to get good service using they latest technology. They highlight any issues that need to be addressed.
They are knowledgeable and helpful with my eyes exam and then helping me with lenses and frames.
My experience with this store has been great.
Last year they referred me on to an Eye surgeon to correct some issues. They picked up on a potential problem that was fixed.
Their staff are friendly and helpful.
My only choice for eye exams and eye wear.
