Wow what a blissful experience. Thank you so much Laura for the wonderful massage and lovely attention to detail around my body. 7 weeks post surgery and I felt completely safe and well looked after during the whole experience. Can't wait to come back again. Stunning ambience, fantastic services and gracious staff.

I had originally called Silk as I had two vouchers expiring the next day and wanted to see if I could buy a product over the phone as I couldn't come in before the vouchers expired and didn't want to waste them as they were a gift. Renee was so helpful and offered to extend the vouchers so I could enjoy a service which was really appreciated as I didn't expect that at all given it was my own fault I hadn't used them before expiry. She booked me in for a later date that was more convenient.

Had my facial with Renee recently and she was lovely, it was nice to have the choice to have a silent service or to have a chat (we did both 😅).

My skin came out amazing and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I particularly love that they encourage you to come early to have a foot soak prior to your service and then afterwards provide you with a beautiful tea and time to relax before leaving. It really makes it feel more of a luxury experience than getting rushed in and out.

It was especially nice to not have the "hard sell" at the end of the appointment (like I have had there years before) to feel pressured into buying products, instead I was able to browse the shop at the front in my own time but I knew I could ask the friendly staff at the counter if I needed more information and it made me more likely to rebook.

Will definitely be returning!

Thank you for the most amazing pregnancy massage! Renee was really professional and ensured I was comfortable at all times. From the minute I stepped foot in the spa I felt relaxed. The setting is so peaceful and tranquil and I loved the foot soak and hot tea before the massage. Highly recommend to mumas to be to get a great night sleep in pregnancy!

I was gifted a pamper package here for my birthday. A massage, facial, manicure and pedicure with Kelsey. It was an afternoon of pure relaxation. It was without a doubt the best massage I have ever experienced. The products and aromatherapy used was divine. The atmosphere is just beautiful. I’ll be talking about this for a long, long time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! I could not recommend Laura at silk Day spa Bendigo enough , I left my treatment feeling relaxed and rejuvenated & ready to book another treatment.

Had the 60min Tulasara facial with Olivia. She was incredible and the whole experience was so relaxing. 10/10

We booked the girls' day out package, and even though there were only 3 of us, we were accommodated.
Greeted and escorted to our "room", pampered and massaged with a glass of bubbles in hand. What more could we ask for?

Celebrating my daughters 30th birthday with a morning of sheer indulgence and pampering with the excellent staff in a tranquil luxurious setting.All 4 of us came together in the beautiful lounge at the end of our 2.5 hours of pure bliss to share in a cup of exquisite tea and a sneaky snack.I highly recommend this experience and will definitely be back.Thankyou for a wonderful morning

This morning I had an Aromatic Body Salt Scrub and Relaxation Massage with Izzy at Silk Day Spa. What a treat! Izzy was very professional and proficient at her job. I was treated to 2 hours of pampering and left feeling happy and relaxed.
Thank you also to the staff in reception as well for their friendly welcome and assisting me with the purchase of products.
What a wonderful experience and a fabulous way to begin the weekend.
I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning soon.

I had the most beautiful 1hr Massage and 1hr facial. This appt was long over due as a busy Mumma of 5 young children. I was looked after so well and felt so cared for in a very relaxing environment. Start to finish was exceptional and can't wait to go again. I walked out feeling rested and my cup was full.

Always happy with Laura’s regular tint and waxing treatments provided on eyes/lashes. Last time I also had the Indian Head massage and have booked it is again - it was divine.

Silk Day Spa is such a beautiful, tranquil place. I felt so relaxed and at ease there. I got a shellac hands and feet with Olivia and she was so thoughtful and kind! She made sure that everything was to my liking and I felt l really special. I thought that my treatment was really good value for money. Also, Karen was so helpful when booking the appointments for myself and my friends! I appreciated her patience and warmth, and that she was able to fit us all in on one afternoon.
