Huge place ..first time i been there but seriously a brewers heaven there

Always a good place to visit, always results in good times.

Excellent knowledge from the very helpful staff. Beautiful clean environment and sooooo many choices and flavours!
They even let me pick some beautiful mandarins from the front carpark.

This place has everything you need and the staff know what they are talking about and go out of their way to help and provide advice, which is great for a novice like me

The service there is fantastic, new guy getting into the distilling and the guy helping me was the best, and certainly will be going back again and would recommend them

Salesperson super helpful and answered all my questions helping to understand the processes and flavouring better and wasnt focused on selling me as much as possible only what i needed and offered good discounts the more i spend. Would recommend anyone just getting into it this is a great place and im definitely a repeat customer now.

Ordered an Airstill online. Was sent out with in a few days. When I opened it, it had been damaged in transport.
Called the Torrensville Store and spoke with Vince. He told me to email admin with photos etc.
Replacement was sent out with in 48 hours.
Fantastic service. I will be getting all my still products from Brewcraft from now on, and recommend g you guys to anyone interested with starting their own brewing.

Brew Craft is a fantastic place for the new or experienced brewer. There is a great range of products for the brewing if beer, cider, wine and spirits. There is a very good range of sugars and syrups to get you started. Staff are very helpful and know what the are talking about.
