Firstly my partner got an amazing haircut by the lovely Gabriel who really works wonders! Then Ari assisted us in our mountain bike hires for overnight with great service cannot complain!

Anglesea and the region have an amazing network and variety of trails, your guys are needed.

I cannot speak highly enough regarding the fantastic service we received from Simon. We hired a hybrid bike for the day for my friend and were extremely happy with bike. Thoroughly enjoyed riding around Winchelsea and surrounds. Thank you so much for your flexibility, service and product!

Highly recommend this great business. Ari is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He gives terrific service. Dropped my road bike off this morning, not expecting it back for a day or two. It was ready in less than four hours.

As well as getting my mountain bike serviced there , I actually bought a road bike! The selection may not have been as good as some of the bigger shops, the price was by far better for the setup I chose.
Ari has done major and minor work on my mtb. If he hasn’t got it, he’ll order it in and call They are a great supporter of all riders in the area. Keep up the good work.

Can't speak highly enough of Ari and the business. We purchased 2 electric bikes and could not be happier. The bikes are terrific and the after sales service has been top class. I looked around in Melbourne to buy but I am so happy I purchased locally. I am loving riding around the hills of Anglesea on the e-bike. Give it a try. Ari will let you do a test ride and I predict you will buy.

I took two bikes in for repair and service at very short notice. Fantastic work with patient explanation and advice, despite being pretty busy judging by store traffic. It was all a super professional experience and reasonably priced. Very conveniently located for those in the GOR region.

My wife and I recently had out two mountain bikes fully serviced at Trailhead for a major ride in Far North Queensland.
We received good suggestions on what was needed and all was done with the minimum of expense.
It is great to have such a service in the local area.
On another occasion we were host to a travelling cyclist who had mechanical problems. He still needed to get to Adelaide and Trailhead went out of their way to help the guy and get him on the road again.
All in all a great local service which would also be great for any new bike purchase.
We will be having our road bikes serviced there also from now on.

Fantastic purchase last week with Ari at Trailhead. My new bike, helmet, gloves,
stand and sun glasses are amazing. I couldn't be more happy. Nothing was too much trouble and all my silly questions were answered with great patience and expert knowledge. Riding is not just for the young and buff, Ari was so encouraging for the overweight and over fifty enthusiastic rider that I am. Local trails here I come!!! Thanks guys😀

I went into the shop only knowing that I wanted to rent a bike and ride along the Great Ocean Road--I had no plan for how to do that. Simon, the owner, I believe, was super friendly and had great suggestions for different lengths/difficulties of rides, and adjusted based on what I said I was interested in. He also let me be very flexible with when I returned the bike. I had a bit of trouble following some of the trails he pointed out, but I think that has more to do with the trails than his directions.

Would definitely recommend using this shop for bike needs around great ocean road. We wanted to ride from Lorne to apolllo bay and Simon sorted us some brilliant road bikes which rode fantastically along with pannier etc. Simon was completely flexible around our plans and stayed open late so that we didn’t have to rush back. He also shared some local knowledge of nice spots in the area, which was really helpful and appreciated.

Broke a spoke in the bush out the back of Anglesea on NYE. Called the guys at trailhead bike co, they said drop it in and we will have a look. I didn’t expect to get it back until at least the 2nd. They have fabbed a custom spoke for me and turned it around in half a day so I can get back out when everything is closed tomorrow! Awesome service! Thanks so much

He also provided maps and advice about the local trails.

They help arranged a great bike ride along the Great Ocean Road
for two Girls. from London.
The Girls rode their bikes From Anglesea to Warranbool . and caught the train back to Geelong.
Simon and Ari arrange to picked up their luggage & gear from their Accommodation in Anglesea. And meet the Train at Geelong.
Handed them their luggage and they took back the bikes.
Everyone was Happy.

My bike needed new wheels and tyres put on during new year's day as we were camping in anglesea and the guys here took in my bike and made repairs within a few hours even though they were busy and closing early. Thanks guys much appreciated!!!!
