The Capljina Parish is located in the valley of the Neretva River, more precisely along the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. The seat of the parish is in Capljina. On the territory of the municipalities of Capljina, Neum and Stolac, it includes settlements in which there are Orthodox inhabitants: Gornje Hrasno, Gabela, Klepci, Prebilovci, Tasovcici, Gradina, Grabovina, Rečice, Lokve, Opličići, Trijebanje and Kozice and the town of Čapljina where the Saborni hram is located. The Church and its clergy shared the fate of the people in this region.
