My grandmother contacted call center in order to check if foreign payment is made and available. They told her that they are not allowed to do that anymore. Then she went to this bank office to check. First, she had to wait outside at the cold, because the counter lady was talking on the phone and the whole line was waiting. Also, while the counter lady was serving my grandmother, she has been talking on the phone checking for somebody if foreign payment was made... So it appears that you need to know somebody who works in the bank to be able to check basic things....

Arogantni i nekompetentni službenici. Jedina banka u kojoj trudnice nemaju nikakvu prednost.

Uvijek gužva, bankomat prečesto nije u funkciji, sad zovem ovaj broj - nepostojeći.

Uvijek jedan šalter radi kolika god da je gužva, predugo se čeka.
