Liked it. It is small inside and that is on downside. Food is ok. Atmosphere perfect and only reason for five stars. No enough parking space and not good.

2023 update: I visited Pablo’s again 4 years after my first visit. There was a renovation that made it even better!!!

I have been in Mostar for 1 month , and Only discovered Pablo's last night . Well I was very impressed , beautiful building and area of town , Professional slick service , great interior design , modern presentation of food . Similar prices to the slightly rough around the edges eateries in old town , and a few classes above for the same pricing . We had Calamari & Risotto , Peppered steak , Double Jack Daniels and coke , and a lovely glass of house red , total price €25.or £22

Amazing food experience! We have ordered brusceta, one of the best I ve eaten with green and black olives that I usually dislike but enjoyed now and capers that I adore; green pasta with shrimps and zucchini that was amazing and pork steak in sauce with šopska salad. Everything was delicious and Service was great as well.

This place was amazing! The Pablo’s Risotto was divine, I added a bit of pepper and a moderate amount of salt. The shrimp in the risotto popped in your mouth, it was cooked perfectly. My friends schnitzel was delicious. Good service, though make sure you dress nicely! We came in here by accident in workout clothes and were sat in the corner ahah but that’s okay.

Nice spot. Good pasta. Price very reasonable. Wish smoking was not a thing inside but guess I am in the minority.

the location is accessible, it is easy to find a large city parking lot nearby, and the interior is beautiful, especially the part of the restaurant that is underground, stone walls, privacy, everything is great. excellent service as well as food, all in all a great recommendation

Small, simple and perfect. If you wanna quick and quiet lunch or dinner, this is the place to visit. Next to it is very good Cabaret bar (open at winter time)

Good food, the beef 🥩 was juicy. The dressing was really tasty. Everything was perfect. The service was excellent, they took care of us really good. We will definitely come back!

Came here for dinner on a Saturday, our waiter was super helpful given we only speak English. Recommended us a great bottle of red wine, my partner order gluten free pasta which was great & order the steak which was one of the best I’ve had. Can’t not speak highly enough.
