Government bank. Service yet to be fully customer friendly. But recently they introduced new bank management software.

Being a government bank it's service is not praiseworthy at all. The officials act as if they were the bosses and public were their servants. They are very much reluctant to service. The services of this bank includes Corporate Banking, SME Finance, consumer credit, loan Syndication, foreign Exchange Dealing, Rural and Micro credit, Investment, government treasury, remittance & locker service. The. government should take necessary steps for providing better service to the customers and clients.

I don't know lots of things about this bank but I went their for a transaction. People have lots of complain about Government own bank. But recently they introduce new Bank Management Software. Hope they will give us quality service as like other private bank provide us.
Its located in the center of Magura.

Sonali Bank provide Locker services, Remittance, Government Treasury, Investment, Rural and Micor Credit, Foreign exchange dealing, Corporate Banking, SME Finance etc.

The Sonali Bank has a good reputation for their number of branches all over the country.

Hope for the best for the Sonali Bank.
