I participated the advanced yoga teacher training pranayama in Ibiza. The teachers Sanjeev and Mica were inspiring and kindly guiding us through the theory but most importantly the experiences. They shared the their knowledge and journey with their heart and with authenticity. The place is amazing, in the nature of Ibiza and Mica welcomed us warmly. The food was super tasty too! And the swimming pool to relax and chill… thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I’ve participated in Yoga Nidra course in GOA this year and I am very happy I’ve made the choice to go to India with Yogalife. First of all the organization Yogalife is extremely professional and supportive (I’ve got TTC and ATTC trainings with them). They give all their knowledge and heart to their students. My personal development was huge in that 10 days wich I’ve spend studying and practicing Yoga Nidra. I’ve noticed the benefits of yoga Nidra in my daily life. I came back relaxed, calm, rejuvenated and energized. And most important confident to get good quality classes of Nidra to my students. The knowledge and deeper understanding through experience made my Nidra classes more complete. My clients are very happy for that.

Goa was THE perfect place to be and to do yoga. It wasn't a "normal" yoga course, but a journey to connect with yourself and others. These 10 days were absolutely fabulous and so full of colour - sometimes there were lots of tears too, but they also belonged there. I can only recommend doing the retreat and being part of the yoga family!!
