Watched the world cup match between Belgium and France here. Even though the place was packed, the service was great and the Guinness tasted delicious.
Unfortunately, we did not know that they served food... So we ate a crappy burger from a street side window place. The food at Harper's looked and smelled amazing!
Huge onion rings with real onion slices!
Would definitely recommend this place!

The best quality time I had after long. People were beautiful there. Spot on service, reasonable prices and superb energy.

Super endroit pour aller boire un verre. Je ne recommande pas d'y souper. Cependant, pour se détendre entre amis et profiter d'une soirée au top, je recommande.
