Flanders Lodge Hotel

Really good hotel. Stopped for 1 night to visit Ypres before returning home via Dunkirk.
Staff are super helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is really good with lots of choice.
It's a little out of town, so you need a car, or happy to walk.

Lovely hotel run by a fantastic team. It is positioned just off the bypass so access is great. The town of Ypres is about a kilometre away but easily walked if you need restaurants or shopping.

Great value for money!
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was able to put all of our group in rooms next to each other which was great.
Breakfast was included and had great variety of food and drinks (it’s a buffet)
Hotel had free parking next to it and is located around 25min walking from city center. If you want to go faster, take a Bolt scooter.

A pleasant hotel located just outside the center of town in a quiet area. Check-in was swift and easy. We've stayed overnight with a party of three in one room. The hotel has a somewhat outdated look and feel but all modern amenities are present and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good with no shortage of anything. Overall a happy customer.

Nice place. good breakfast, clean rooms with a bit of english telly. Maybe a bit of a stretch into town but an easy cab ride after some energetic cultural indulgence.

I enjoyed it very much. Beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were large and spacious with in suite bathrooms and the Breakfast was great. I greatly enjoyed my stay. Also it was close to the City Centre.

Food not great more like a youth hostel ..... beer was tasty not fair from the last post ..... after realising you can go up stairs for Breakfast oh how my opinion has changed ... great hotel comfy beds breakfast has lots and lots of choices, sausage, bacon & eggs .... very very nice ..

I went here in 2014 and i will never forget it. I went for the 100 years comemmeration and it was the best hotel and had the best food. If you are planning to go i would recommend visiting the Lochnagar crater, all the museums and rememberance parks around it and the town of Bruges is just my favourite place. Honestly it is just divine and has canal boat rides and horse tours. It is worth it.

Pea soup was excellent, rooms were very spacious, and ability to hang out of windows and speak to other schools was excellent. Oh yeah... and did i mention the pea soup was excellent? PEA SOUP!!! ANYONE HAVE A RECIPE?????? XOX

Great hotel, huge breakfast. Very handy for trips to Ypres salient and the Menin gate. Off road parking in it’s own car park
