Knopes Coffee Roastery

Amazing coffee and a handful of decent pastries. They sell a range of beans and coffee appliances as well as making coffee for sale. It's on the outskirts of town and was a little hard to find the place. It's tucked in behind a few other stores, but definitely worth the search.

Knopes Coffee Roaster hides in an outer city neighbourhood very well. Surrounded by offices and houses, this spot also provides organic food grocery, bakery and pizzeria along with a houseware store, it simply provides a full lifestyle package!

It is quite unexpected in a tiny country like Luxembourg where artisan coffee scene is so much smaller than either London or Berlin. Knopes roasts their own beans here so it is definitely the most authentic way to taste the Luxembourgish way of modern coffee.

Friendly staff, coffee and tea supplement, brewing kits, books… everything for a nice coffee experience can be found here!! It might not be easy to find but definitely worth the efforts!!

Amazing coffee that's what should matter!!! Style and concept of the place is superb! It's a "modern rustic" throughout! Coffee shop is just a little part of two restaurants, boutique and barbershop!!!

It’s one of the best places to get your coffee when in Luxembourg. They do very good filter coffee and have a choice of the beans. Most of the time it’s crowded especially during the cold months. Some of the pastries are delicious but not as good as the coffee. However they are homemade and every day there is something new. The atmosphere is nice and the stuff is friendly .

This is a cool little place situated in a odd location. A tad bit hard to find the place since you have to walk through several venues to get to it. When you finally get to it though, it is worth it!

The coffee is roasted on site and you can taste the freshness of the coffee. The iced coffee is a great companion on a hot day.

They served the iced coffee with a paper straw. <3

This is a great place to come for coffee with friends or to come and work for a few hours. There’s good light, great coffee and nice set up.
You can also buy coffee to take home.

Really good coffee with the beans being roasted right behind the counter. Cool atmosphere in this concept store, mixed in with a few restaurants, a bakery and a designer furniture store. Took me a moment to wade through and locate it, but was well worth it

Such a beautiful complex..like so much of Luxemburg it was just supurb. Also the coffee was International quality. Would highly recommend..

First the concept store is unique- it is an old car garage where you can find a Bio supermarket, a shopping center for your interior, an Italian restaurant and the coffee shop. Knopes is an independent coffee maker and their coffee are roasted on the spot - every month you can attend to a session- really educative- where you will learn the full process. It smells coffee. The people here are passionate about coffee. They have also incredible latte art skills. For me the best coffee in town. I will never go back - said no one ever after having tried their coffee!

It’s generally agreed that when it comes to specialty coffee, local roaster are the best options. What this general advice lack to mention is that not all local roaster are the same.

What we should be looking for are roasters that sell coffees with a clearly traceable origin. Packages and menus should have information about altitude, processing, geographic region, flavor notes, species and variety, the name of the producer and—most important of them all—the roasting type and date.

Why? Because that clearly shows how much they care. And that’s why Knopes is the best roaster in Luxembourg.

It doesn't look much from outside but looks fabulous inside. Great coffee and pretty awesome atmosphere. They really Only have coffee and nothing to eat from few pieces of muffins. They dont do breakfast. Although the Italian restaurant will be able to help you with some food. ;)

Outstanding service and consulting regarding coffee and equipment for coffe brewing. The recommended coffee is very good and exactly what I was looking for.
I also like the atmosphere of the whole "bazaar", which is different from other shops and venues in Luxembourg, more decontracted, it reminded me of relaxed fun places in Freiburg/Germany.
Absolutely worth to check out!

Best coffee beans in town + best baristas = definitely the best coffee shop. Not the right place for artificially flavored and sugar-coated stuff, though. Definitely a place to taste the best coffee the way it should be experienced.

Excellent coffee and cake there. Coffee beans - partially organic - are also available for purchase for making coffee at home in either grinded or as whole beans variants. I also really liked the enjoyed the atmosphere.

Delicious oat milk latte and muffins, very pleasant decor with loads of plants! Was not able to feel the fish smell others mentioned from where I was sitting, but you could feel it if you walked out of the cafe area.
