Apple Brussels

Honestly, I didn't really have expectations about the help I was going to get but even with high expectations I would have been blown out of the water the service I got from jerome was just great he spoke his languages well, his english was out of this world good his attitude and knowledge about the products was just excellent and great, he could give a smooth answer to any question and in addition to that make sure I understand it.

In addition he was hugely friendly and also just a super cool guy to talk to.

On my next visit to apple, I definitely want Jerome back, because you really can't find better service than that!

Amazing service! I urgently needed my work laptop to be fixed, and the staff was super nice and helpful and repaired the laptop on the spot.

The store is located in one of the best neighbourhoods of Brussels. The interior is very nice and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was great. With stores like this they make it more fun to buy Apple products in the store rather than online.

Apple—so I love it! Some of the sales advisors are very, very nice and polite. But if you’re not a lucky guy—sometimes you can meet quite rude guys (one rolled his eyes when I described my iPhone problem).
And they should hire more staff and finally launched some “Today At Apple” in English! Hello, we are in multicultural and multilingual heart of Europe! :)

Very good service! I had an appointment to fix a broken IPhone. They welcomed me, kept me informed on waiting time (as I arrived to early) and handled everything fast and good. The staff is super friendly. Amazing experience.

Today I bought an iPhone 13pro in this store. My first experience of buying apple products. Very satisfied with the service.
Before coming to the store I made an appointment and knew in advance what phone I wanted to buy, so there was no problem. I was helped by guy, unfortunately I don’t know his name, but I am very grateful to him. Everything passed quickly and while waiting for the confirmation of the purchase assistant told the details of the smartphone use. Special thanks for the English language, sometimes in Brussels it is difficult to find people speaking English

I visited the store, as my display needed to be fixed. Staff explained me in detail what the problem was, which I appreciated very much. Service was quite fast. I left my phone there and next morning I picked it up and now it functions properly. Book an appointment, when you have an issue with your device and need to discuss it with an Apple employee!
