Great place! We’ve had an excellent breakfast during our stay here! The service was lovely, very polite and warming. If you are in Brussels, try their pancakes, I loved it way more, than waffles. Also the Benedict with salmon was delicious! Just keep in mind, that the kitchen opens at 1000, but the place itself opens at 0830. So you should come around 1000 for the pancakes.

Kafei truly exceeded my expectations.The tiramisu-style fluffy pancake was amazing.
The marinated pork benedict was a flavourful dish featuring a perfectly cooked egg and a surprisingly tasty side salad. Each element complemented the other, beautifully.
The homemade iced tea, while leaning towards the bitter side, added a refreshing touch to the meal. And the matcha latte, simply put, was nice :)
What truly made the visit exceptional was the service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and genuine care added to the overall positive atmosphere, making Kafei a warm and welcoming start to my visit in Brussels.

Superb brunch place. Their signature pancakes are amazing, make sure to try different flavours. The benedicta were also very tasty and filling. Quick service, I would recommend booking a table on week-ends!

Best coffee place in the neighborhood- plenty of coffee options, excellent food, super kind service. Hugely recommend both to eat in or take away!! Only so sad the place is small and so popular - must book way in advance.

Unique fluffy Japanese pancakes
Delicious matcha latte

The unique fluffy Japanese pancakes are an amazing dessert, and the matcha latte is delicious. The staff is very friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is pleasant and cozy.

It's a must try place in Brussels.

Loved the fluffy pancakes, so soft and filling. The matcha latte was very smooth and I loved the latte art. Thank you for the great experience! I went there on a sunday morning so it was very busy, and all of the tables were full so I needed to wait a bit but it was totally worth it!!

The humanity and love of the people working here it’s amazing. Everyone is so kind and caring. The food and drinks are amazing.
Make yourself a favor and come to visit them.

Great coffee shop serving great breakfasts and coffee. They don’t charge for oat milk either which is always a bonus.
Despite not having the pancakes, someone else ordered them and they look amazing.

Must try their Ube Japanese pancakes! They were amazing! We had reservations so seating was very easy. We also had the matcha strawberry drink which was very refreshing. Pancakes come in 2's and were very filling but not heavy on your tummy. If you have a sensitivity to egg-y tastes, you do get a stronger egg flavor in the pancakes compared to your typical American pancakes. It didn't bother us, but just something to be aware of!

Came in on a busy saturday without any reservation. The owner was super nice and offered me a seat for 30 minutes. Drank the most gorgeous flat white EVER. Piece of art. Thanks ❤

The food is amazing, it’s a great place for brunch. You have to reserve with time.

Superb spot for brunch, but make sure to book in advance. We had one of the two nicer bigger tables they have tucked away in this semi-separate room with arches, very cute.

All the food was amazing, and of course especially their famous fluffy tiramisu pancakes is a must try.

Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

You need to make a reservation though, otherwise you’re probably not going to be able to dine here.

We each took a lunch option and shared a plate of pancakes and I’m glad we did cause I wouldn’t have been full from either one of them alone. The pancakes are delicious and dissolve in your mouth, but not very filling. It was good though, i liked that they were light and not too sweet.

We had the korean fried chicken toast, and it was good! Portion was decent, but like i said, i was glad to have some more to eat afterwards with the pancake.

Overall, would recommend!

Family vacation with very good experience here and we go with Brunch menu set! Have some good coffee, fluffy pancakes with tiramisu sauce and Korean chicken Benedict eggs! Superb! 👍👍

We enjoyed everything! Luckely we made a reservation, which is A MUST ON WEEKENDS! The place was packed, so make a reservation.

The Bunch Menu is worth its price (28€) including; a lunch of choice, regular pancakes, a coffee or tea and a apple juice!
We took the lunch Benedict Pork, Pancakes with extra Matcha (+3€) and a coffee with the best apple juice!

I took the Tiramisu Pancakes, these were so good, not tooo sweet either. Just right.

The pancakes are pretty filling on their own, but the Brunch Menu it's definitely worth!

The staff was so friendly and helpfull!

You need to try here, kofei and other food, especially the pancake. You won't be disappointed it's nice here. Good service and atmosphere

Worth making a reservation if you're planning on visiting here

It is a nice and cute coffee shop. The service is nice and the pancakes are creative and delicious. We never had Japanese pancakes before , so the waitress explained to us how they were made. It is better to make a reservation if you are planning to come in on weekends.

Great vibe and drinks. My friend and I had black coffee and golden latte, and they were both impressive. Recommend to book your seat in advance cause it's very high demand.
