Pop's Pancakes

One of the very few places in Brussels I went to more than once during my few weeks there, so that should already be telling.
Besides having absolutely delicious food, the staff and especially the lovely owner lady are some of the friendliest people you'll ever encounter! I'll definitely miss coming here!

Popped in for Sunday brunch and we’re so happy with our food and service. The staff were so kind and welcoming which was a great contrast to other service we had been getting as tourists in Brussels. We got the Belgian toast and French toast sticks and they were both divine. Very fresh, delicious, and enjoyable!

Such a cute little place and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food was extremely delicious. We got the french toast sticks with maple syrup, a spicy bun avocado with bacon, and a seasonal fruit salad. The bun was amazing and extremely filling. The french toast sticks were also very good but a bit too sweet. The fruit salad was hot, which we were not expecting, but the taste was great.
Would definitely recommend!

Everything was so delicious! I got the french toast (6 sticks) with 4 sides which was too much, but everything tasted so good that I took the leftovers home. The side of greek yoghurt with caramelized bananas was especially yummy. Service is friendly and attentive.
There’s a line to get in since you can not make any reservations, but it’s worth it.

Wonderful atmosphere, the friendliest, most courteous and helpful staff (that also spoke English) and fantastic food! We loved it, we had to wait for a table but it was worth it. Make sure you come here for brunch when you are in Brussels.

I recently had brunch at this charming spot on Saturday. The ambiance was pleasant, the food was delicious, and the service exceeded expectations. Despite is not possible
to book in advance, the wait was surprisingly short, even though the place was full. Looking forward to going back!

The food looked and tasted absolutely amazing. But the wait time was just super long. Since they don't do reservations, had to wait which is completely okayy. But after my friend and I ordered our food, they made us switch tables, didn't check on us once, and it took them 47 minutes to bring out our food.

FLUFFIEST and the most perfect pancakes i’ve ever had!! Tasted with the speculoos topping and it tasted so good! Also had their Belgian toast with added bacon and barbecue sauce and it tasted amazing! I recommend it to everyone! Portions are quite big!

This place is an absolute gem! The owner is one of the kindest human beings and I haven't seen such heart poured into a place like here in a long time.
4 stars as the wait for food was quite long (on a Saturday) ~40mins post receiving our drinks, which is normal on weekends as people quite literally queue to brunch there. The food really was worth the wait.
Note it is a lot quieter in the week and just as amazing!

Very good brunch place! A lot of savoury and sweet choices - toasts are highly recommended (and big portion)! Good coffee, a bit less good Chai Latte (for those who know ;)) Good price for the quality as well. Prepare yourself however to queue on the weekends! Kind service, I recommend!

We were so delighted to have found this bruch gem. The previous review of the fluffiest and yummiest pancakes are indeed true. Their savory bowls are awesome, but most importanttly for me, the coffee was amazing.Service is also top-notch. I definitely recommend you guys coming here. We will definitely be regulars.

We had some great pancakes, sweet and savoury French toasts and a full English breakfast, each dish was amazing. The staff was incredible as well :)

The wait at the weekend can be quite long (we waited for 45 minutes).. but during the week you have little to no waiting time.

This place is a must-visit when in the area. We came for breakfast and enjoyed it so much that we came back two days later. The Turkish Eggs are fantastic, as are the French Toast Sticks. And the staff are wonderful, and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. I will definitely come to Pop's again next time I'm in Brussels!

LOCATION. Beautiful location just close to Place Flagey; if you visit in Sunday for a brunch, the.l you can join the open market and have a walk close to the little lakes. Tables indoor and outside. Even if there’s a queue, the waiting is not long

SERVICE. Excellent! Pet friendly!!

FOOD. Pancakes home made! Delicious! I tasted both versions: classic ones and vegan ones (made with banana). Warm, soft, BIG! Loved it!!!

Absolutely positive experience! Loved the food (Egg Bun, Halloumi Vegetable Sandwich & vegan Pancakes) and the most admirable service with the cutest owner!!

Fantastic breakfast spot in Brussels! Came here and everything was incredible. We had the caramelized bananas and the sweet & savory French toast. The staff was lovely, friendly & the inside is so quaint - this is a must stop!
