Bought a switch and remote to check the quality of the products. The light switches with the glass front panel look smart and the remote functionality appeases the tech in me. Had an issue with the remote but with a bit of back and forth to troubleshoot replacements were sent. Now happy with the products and the customer service I’ll be replacing the rest of the switches in my house with these, a little pricey but well worth the money!

Excellent communication

Delivery is fast and all parcels are sent with tracking features.

The only issue with Livolo is that all their devices are not easy to install. All wires are screwed and now it's not the best way for electricians

Really good service.
