Zeer vriendelijke verkoper, zelf wielrenner geweest, ploegleider,... Kent er alles van. Snelle respons op mails en prima afwikkeling van de koop. Hier komen we terug.

Heb hier producten besteld en ongeveer 3 weken moeten wachten, maar alles is geleverd!

Despite an (double) e-mail assurance that the goods are immediately available, after placing an order it turns out that this is not the case. The owner cheats and stalls. He claims that there are problems with payment (despite immediate payment by credit card), and that there are problems with shipping. One day he claims that the courier has already taken the goods, then a day later, after my request for the shipping number, he changes his mind and try to cover himself wth problems wtith shipping company. Overall very bad experience. Fortunately, after 4 months I managed to get my money back (significant amount) using the credit card "charge back" function. Maybe local experience is better, but taking into the consideration other opinions, I strongly recommend staying away from the online store.

Stay away from this webshop. I had written a similar review in their previous location but apparently it was erased with the moving. All these negative reviews with common complaints cannot be a coincidence. Just my two cents.

Onbetrouwbare handelaar. Biedt zaken aan op webshop die niet meer verkrijgbaar zijn, en liegt hierover. Indien hiervoor een refund gevraagd wordt, duurt dit een maand! Test-aankoop moest ingeschakeld worden om alles terugbetaald te krijgen. Zaakvoerder is meester in het vinden van uitvluchten... Blijf hier aub weg!

Sehr enttäuschend. Seit 5 Monaten warte ich auf die bereits bezahlte Ware.
Nichts passiert ausser extrem viele Ausreden.
Polizei ist bereits eingeschaltet.
