Probably best quality street burgers in Sofia. Very nice quality beef. Reasonably lean meat. Always fresh and tasty. By default they serve medium rare style of meat which I do like.
I didn’t appreciate the French fries. It is small and look miserable. Not my cup of tea. BTW would be nice to have the place where to wash hands after. But the Metro cash and Carry toilet is the only option.

This burger joint is so far out in the sticks that they MUST deliver top quality to attract customers.

And oh my, do they deliver quality. Not only that, but the staff is friendly and up for a chat.

To start, I recommend a Classic Smash Burger, followed by a Blue cheese burger (see pic). Supplemented with a formidable Cole Slaw, for example.

The burgers are one of the best in the capital and they can easily compare with the high end burger places around.

what a treat! the setting is superb, food truck / container overlooking the snow capped mountains. fresh buns, excellent juicy and flavorful burgers, moist and tender pulled pork, the hotdogs were delicious: perfectly seasoned sausages with just the right kick from the jalapeños, and the fries were very very moreish. the house sauce is really good, not too sweet and not too sour. a brilliant experience. oh and they have a great beer - mamas - that you can’t seem to find at supermarkets unfortunately. very impressed, well done guys!

This is the best burger place in Sofia thanks to the high quality meat and sauce. As usual, the burgers were top quality, with not even a small difference from any other visit we've made so far. We will visit it again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful burgers and fries. The blue cheese burger was an absolute delight and very juicy. The owner was very accommodating when I mentioned I was pregnant and asked for his recommendation on the meat. We were pleased with the overall experience. My son devoured the chickpea burger.

The burgers are very good, and the beer selection while limited is also very good. It is in the Metro parking lot, easy access, freshly made, great place for a late lunch or early dinner
