Stayed at the resort for a week long work event.
The personnel was always smiling and offering service. The bars well staffed and with supplies, no big queues (except peak hours at the buffet, for hot dishes - and they’d set up more food).
The place is very modern and well kept, with some gardens and common areas to chill.
The location is beautiful, with pools and one step away from the sea.

We returned after 3 yrs and had a similar experience as our previous stay. Had a 9 day holiday in July.
During weekends it was very busy, but the overall organization was very good. Each night we had spectacles for kids and adults, special programs.
The pools could be cold, but I don't have a problem with cool water when 30*C outside.
The staff was very nice and if you show respect you will receive more than a great service. I didn't have to offer any tips to get anything extra. Everyone was smiling and ready to offer support.
One of the best experience. The gym is functioning with new equipment and it's a great place to relax.
I wish they had some water park for bigger children and adults.

Visited the hotel at the end of August 2023. The place is quite nice with an excellent service demonstrated by 99% of the staff. Special admirations to Jordan at the pool bar who prepared the best custom cocktails for us.
There are plenty of choices to spend your day - 2 pools for kids with some waterslides with heated water, 2 big pools for adults, 2 more medium sized pools, the huge beach, the spa and more.
The double room we used was very spacious and could fit two adults and two kids with no issues. We used a room with partial sea view and acording to me it was the best value you could get. You can see the view from it on the pictures attached. You can enjoy the sea view while still be able to see the internal garden with all the lights at night.
The drinks and the food were excellent with plenty of choices. However, there is room to improve the sweets as they taste cheap. Despite their attractive look, their taste lacks the quality you expect from that kind of a hotel.

The cornucopia has overflowed here, everything is in huge sizes, huge portions, huge amounts. There is not enough liver in one's body to process all the good food and drinks that they are offering 23 hours and 55 minutes per day (somehow I wasn't paying attention to the bar for 5 minutes).
And the rooms are SF - a regular double is more than 40 sqm.

This was our first stay in Reina del Mar. It’s was great.
I have 3 boys and they feel so well there.
The food was great, such variety of meat, side dishes, desserts.
A good quality of alcohol, we drink prosseco and it was great.
I’m very pleased with the animation team, the Chef in the restaurant and definitely will come again.

Very good hotel, really enjoyed the stay there. Totally comparable with Turkey, but with the sea being a little worse maybe.

The staff was phenomenal and the quality of the SPA left everybody surprised.

Wonderful experience, the best by now! So that we took one more day! I have not even one thing to mention that i did not like! It was surprisingly good! Various food, beverage, quick and efficient service all over, many pools, different degrees of temperature in the water, a lot of space, every place was very clean, free parking, and absolutely all was included, we payed only the reservation we made. Congratulations, I sincerly recommend this hotel!

We went three times at this hotel and we had really nice time there. We liked everything: the beach, the pools, the SPA, the rooms, the restaurants and bars. Indeed five stars!

We did not choose to stay here, but our hotel turned out to be closed in few days (so TUI has switched nei. Over a week of wonderful stay, with delicious food, great choice of every possible kind of meal, sweets or drinks. September is end of season, so there was much less people, animations and opened restaurants that would be there in high season I guess. All Staff seemed to be very engaged and hard working, room service very good. There are more pools that we could imagine (including indoor spa Centre), multiple bars and restaurants. We have really enjoyed the stay here, it was like in paradise...

Absolutely amazing. Great value for money. Good and tasty food, great entertainment for kids (lacking for adults though :) ), beautiful pools and playground for kids and wide Sandy beach with spectacular sunrises .

We have had a spectacular stay!
We have had the full experience of HVD Reina Del Mar’s services and it was a blast!
10+/10; everything was above our expectations!

Great managers, especially Mr.Dimitri, the Spa Center Manager, who has went to the Moon and back in order to fully meet our needs and to offer us the best experience!
Zero Body capsule (non-wet, pretty unique) is definitely a wonderful experience and a must try at this resort!
Massage is out of this world and we were not expecting to find so many types of saunas!
Everything is neat clean, pools are crystal clear and you basically feel new after the Spa.

Fine dining restaurants are also a must try as they really meet the expectations!

Villas with the private pool are pure bliss.
We will definitely come back!

Well done, keep up the good work!

Amazing price/quality ratio. I will definitely come back!

This is my first time in Bulgaria, so I can’t really compare it to other local hotels, but the room is big and new, the food and drinks are an 8/10, the staff is very nice and so are the amenities.

Major bonus points for letting us have lunch at no extra cost after the check out.

The hotel is new, made with a good taste and nice interior. The room has a lot of space, and they clean it everyday. The service and the staff were perfect, they were polite, nice and speak different languages. A lot of entertainment and activities. If you have a baby and you want some free time with your couple, you can leave the baby with the babysitter for 20lev/hour. The only thing is that the second day she refused to take the baby because she had to sit other two kids. I think a professional babysitter can at least take care of 5 kids at once. But not that big of a deal! A big variety of food , not the most tasty but good. They even offer you formula milk, but they don’t have blender if you want to blend something for the baby. If you are vegetarian/vegan you will have a tough time to find what to eat, the food is mostly cooked with meat or fish. The location and beach are not the best. The barman’s had to learn more about the recipes of the cocktails. After all it’s a nice place for a vacation with your family.

Reina Del Mar is maybe one of the best Bulgarian hotels. I am mostly impressed from the employees who are so hard working and kind! The cuisine is on very high level although it's all inclusive - there is always a variety of plenty tasty food! There are three restaurants with different kind of food. The rooms are the most clean rooms I have ever seen. They are cozy and comfortable. One little minus is that in the bathroom there aren't teeth brushes and razors. The lobby is very modern and and there are so delicious desserts through the whole day. Pools, playgrounds and gardens are very clean and well maintained!
A perfect place for a holiday!

The best holiday in Bulgaria, the top of the top starting with the place, the food and the personal.
It is the only hotel all inclusive in Bulgaria where the drinks are served in the bottle.
An amazing place for kids and adults, they have a lot of polls inside and outside, sauna rooms, restaurants a la carts and open bar all over the place.

This was our first all inclusive experience, it is a great resort with clean, spacious rooms, great food and clean, private beach. Definitely worth booking the a la carte restaurants (especially the Steakhouse ) for a more relaxed dining experience. And we do recommend checking the spa as well, it is less busy and there are plenty of facilities there to enjoy.

Stayed during the last week of the hotel's holiday season. Was very quiet but food and service was still excellent.
Only downside is that there were quite a lot if children running around the gym and spa area - misbehaving without parents doing anything to control them.

Originally, I rated the hotel 5*. After some more days, I keep it but would rather go for 4,5* if that was possible. The reason is described at the end. The hotel has very nice buildings, very spatious and nice rooms, very nice and pleasant lobby. Multiple restaurants: two buffet style (one of them with more fish), an Italian restaurant, and a steak house. All included (up to some fee for steaks). Very good food, though not really gourmet style. Some of the restaurants with nice seafront terraces. Various cakes and drinks in the lobby bar, plus a beach bar. Quite nice beach (plus several fresh water pools with lots of entertainment for kids). Not much (nothing) to be seen outside the hotel. I would say it is ideal for those who want to just relax on the spot. Seems to be nice for kids too. Finally, some minuses: Sometimes the housekeeping skips a room and will not come back. We had to call the reception several times. Apart from the steak house, very slow service. In the Italian restaurant, we once waited 15 minutes for the order, then further 15 minutes for the food, with the main course coming before the starters. Then we we're not given any dessert with an argument they closed despite it was 14:45, and the hotel manual we we're given says they should be open till 15:00. Sometimes weak WiFi.
