HVD Clubhotel Miramar

We had a lovely room, what we needed, with sea view and big enough for our baby also.
We liked the food, I think there is room for improvement in this area.
The location is perfect, near the beach.
I liked that in the evening/at night, we could hear the sea without any other bothering/unwanted music. There are a lot of activities for kids and adults also.

Amazing food, very friendly staff, great chlorine free pool, a lot of free sunbeds if you are fast enough, many commodities inside the building such as hairdresser or shops, lots of free parking places, not considerably far from the hotel, animation team is friendly, very outgoing and overall very polite all the time. I always felt welcome and looked after no matter the time of the day.

We had a great family stay here. The resort is large, clean and well maintained. The food was delicious and of good variety. The service was good, no long ques at the bars, the main restaurant is large and clean, the room cleaning service was good. The room was spacious with a large balcony with a sea/pool view. The pool tends to be loud but the balcony door does an amazing job canceling the outside noise. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the entertainment. The ladies (Dari, Cveti and a few others) who work at the kids center are great! They were very kind to the children, and the kids we excited to attend the morning and afternoon programs which gave us a nice break. We were there for a week and the kids program was different every single day. We really enjoyed it!! The adult entertainment crew did a great job as well. I think the entertainment is what makes staying enjoyable, otherwise we would get bored just sitting at the pool or the beach all day. The only complaint I have is the slow wi-fi. It's practically non-existent.

The Miramar Hotel is a brilliant hotel for families! The service of each employee is really great! Especially the animation Team!!! The hotel rooms was not the moderns same as high comfortable but it was everyday cleaned and we had a wonderful time of 12 days in this hotel! My wife has also forgotten her engagement ring at our room on the day of our departure... Have called reception and they have found ring for us. :-) so you can book your next vacation with a good conscience!!

Big and clean hotel. Clean pools, food very good, plenty and diverse. We enjoyed the view from the a la carte restaurant and the cocktails on the beach. Overall, we had a very good experience here. Thank you!

We visited at the end of June 2022. 2 adults with 2 children. Everything was exceptional and beyond our expectations. The parking was free, very nice atmosphere with a party vibe, there was an abundance of food for all tastes, room was cleaned daily, minibar filled daily, coffee machine in the room, plenty of available places on the beach and at the pools, the sea and the beach were wonderful, with fine sand and a soft slope so it was great for the kids. I want to mention the staff, everybody was super nice, always smiling and trying to make sure you ere having a good time. It was my wife's birthday during the stay and they surprised her with a bottle of champagne and a nice card. Special thanks to Borislava from the reception, she went out of her way to accommodate our requests, always very friendly and professional. It was our best stay in Bulgaria so far and we’re going to return for sure.

Everything as promised and even more!
The hotel has an excellent location, a good access to the beach and also great facilities, including guarded parking, numerous swimming pools and a lot of animation.
The food was great, the staff is super friendly and everything is set up at the location in such way that any tourist can have a relaxed vacation.
The only downside is the quality of the internet connection - even if the wifi signal is strong everywhere, the source is weak and therefore can be annoying.
All in all, a successful holiday and big value for the money.

We stayed on Easter holiday. Very good and diversified food! Main course is prepared in front of you!! Very friendly staff, including entertainment team! Room very clean. They change towels after 3 days.

We are very positive impressed by the hotel and we felt great during our 7 days stay! Rooms,pools,beach, restaurants are great, food and drinks with lots of choices and as well great, staff is great and the entertainment team is fantastic for adults and kids. We had relaxation and fun, we were treated extremely polite every time and always with a smile on their faces. I have 0 complains, I strongly recommend staying here and I wish them to continue the excelent services they are offering!

10/10 Amazing food, worker always smiling and ready to help you. Bar drinks very varied,rooms very large and clean. Entertainment program everyday for kids and adults, definitely recommend for families.

Awesome place to spend a couple of days to relax and enjoy this beautiful hotel resort. Can highly recommend it with children enjoying either the various pools (indoor & outdoor) or the awesome beachfront which is shallow enough that you don't have to constantly worry.

The rooms are clean. You also have TV, fridge. If you come with a small baby, you can ask for a baby bed.
Pool inside the complex and beach access.
The food is great, all inclusive, many sorts including desert.
Many activities for adults and children (volleyball, football, kids club etc).
Spa center, gym.

Stayed here for 11 nights in August 2019. This hotel had plenty to offer any holiday make rs.big pools, splash area for little children, daytime entertainment was good and the entertainment team at night were good also. The dining room was clean and the choice of food was excellent, something for everyone. Staff were polite. The beach was lovely and you could take a decent stroll along.plenty of water sports. Town centre, old, quaint and nice to visit. Loved it.

First time here with my family (wife & 3 years old child) for a whole week and the place seems to be just what every family needs: a place where every member of the family can enjoy, even young kids. Or should I say especially them, since the hotel has two pools just for kids, one with waterslides. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included and there's enough variety for everyone. One small restaurant (from a total of 5) is opened over night, providing snacks for those that stay up late.
Entertainment is for everyone. Next to the standard slides and toys to play with in designated locations where they can be easily supervised, kids can be signed up for dance lessons, treasure hunts, music clubs, drawing and painting clubs, musical shows. There's also a creche.
Adults can also enjoy beach volley, aerobics and dance classes (also in the pool), drinking contests, ping-pong, basketball, tennis, and much more...
The hotel itself is in top shape. Rooms are big, with enough space for those who travel with a lot of luggage. Cleaned and disinfected every day. Pools are cleaned over night.
During these times, masks are not mandatory outside, but they are when picking up food in restaurants. Gloves are also required only while picking up food, and the hotel provides them for free (masks also, you'll find them in the room).
Can't tell you much about the city becuse, frankly, we didn't have much reason to leave the hotel.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and we'll return here next year as well.

5 stars because it complies with that what it promises, even though it is not the best 4 star hotel I have seen. Almost all of the guests were families with children which gave the whole place a very nice atmosphere. The whole resort was very clean. The food was delicious, and there is a huge variety of it, including baby food. Parking at the hotel and in the vecinity free of charge.
Would definitely recommend it especially to those travelling with kids.

Around an hour from Bourgas airport through hilly, wooded areas. Hotel is larger than we imagined and had few visitors in late May...this made it ideal! Fabulous variety of food, no queues at bars, no need to reserve sunbeds! Radiant smiles from Urye in the mornings, Todor the super bar manager, very friendly Miroslav and brilliant Christina (restaurant supervisor) made things very special. We said a big thank you to the friendly management too for a lovely joint birthday. Quietest hotel we've been to and with a lovely golden sandy clean beach. Very impressed with everything. We had never been to Bulgaria before, but will definitely return!

Overall a very good experience. The hotel rooms are really nice, everything is new, the beds are very comfortable. We were there at the end of August. There hotel was not opened entirely, and the beach in front of the hotel was not arranged. However you can use the beach next to the hotel, at Miramar but it's a little bit crowded. The food in the restaurants is very good, but not great in variety. Also the restaurants are crowded, maybe it is will get better as soon as the entire complex is open. The spa is located at the exit of Miramar hotel, next to Reina, you have to walk through the parking lot to get to the the spa, which îs not vertical comfortable. Also the spa is not very updated, and the saunas are not working all the time. Another negative aspect is that the lobby of the hotel is not finished, so if you are a group and want to stay for a talk in the evening, there aren't many places except for the beach bar if you take a place at a table.
The pools are very clean and modern, but the water is a little cold.

Very good place to stay and enjoy the sea. If you want to have a really nice vacation, this is a good spot. The service is on a very high level. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean and always neat. The food is delicious and absolutely beautifully served. The pools are great. There is a very good separate pool for the kids with slides. The hotel is suitable for a family vacation and for people without kids at the same time. There is just something about this hotel, that makes it fun and calm at the same time. The beach was good. The water was very clean. We stayed there on july. The animators are very good. There are different interresting stuff for the grown-ups and for the kids. I think I'll stay there again.

Amazing place. The service is out of this world. Rich food variety, clean rooms, private beach, a couple of pools, SPA, everything is worth 5 stars. I highly recommend, it’s 100% worth the money.
