It was always a pleasure for me to buy something from Dundio's physical store, because of the helpful consultants working there, providing just the right amount of important information for all the items in the store.

I could not miss the opportunity to share how satisfied I am now also with their online shop service. I needed to buy a car seat with a base but because of the Black Friday the items were no longer available anywhere. I tried to contact other online baby stores as well, but none of them responded on the provided phone numbers from their websites, no matter how hard I tried to reach them. But this was not the case with the Dundio's store online team. A very pleasant woman responded to my phone call and took care to check for availabilities. She also made it possible the 2 items that I needed to be delivered just on the day after our initial call in their physical store!

With such great kind of attitude and desire to help, Dundio store for sure is going to increase the number of their regular customers! Keep up the great work!

Note: And one side note - the same 2 items with discount in all other websites were costing like 90 BGN more than the price I had to pay after ordering from Dundio store. So unlike other stores, their discounts on Black Friday appear to be real and greater!

Best baby shop in Sofia with best people whk works there. Always so kind and ready for help. I bought stroller and car seat there and when i needed help they was always very helpful. Only huge minus they so need shop in Serbia 😥 so i can visit anytime. Love Dund'o ❤

I have shopped in Dundio multiple times and the staff is always very helpful and kind. This is the only baby shop where the staff would discourage you from buying an expensive product if it does not serve your personal needs.
