Private, beatiful, surrounded by great mountains and nature. Excellent kitchen and really a friendly hostess with the best class coffee..

Great location in the mountain, far from any city noise. 10-15 minutes cab ride from the centre. The beds are huge and super comfortable, strong hot water, all rooms are with balconies with some amazing views to the mountain. Homemade dishes and breakfast convey a feeling of belonging to the family. Definitely worth a visit.

The hosts were very hospitable. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The fish was absolutely delicious. There are a few hiking routes.

Stunning morning view! The rooms are clean and spacious.The staff is extremely friendly and nice, they can give you directions, advices and ideas for adventures in the area. The network coverage is not so good and most of time we were “offline” :) The hotel has its own fishpond and you can have fresh fish basically 24/7. Be careful with the vehicules, though. The road is not good for low cars!

A true escape from the city!
This hotel - close to the city and yet - far from everything and everyone will give you the desirable opportunity to escape from the day-to-day atmosphere and to "dive" into the nature. Surrounded by mountains and a river full with fish you will eat great and fresh food, enjoy the silence and pet the friendly dogs :)) This place is not demanding, it's fully suitable with the surroundings and you don't have to take your fancy clothing. But prepare yourself for a 20 min country-road driving until you get to it. Everything there deserves 5 stars. I recommend it.

We loved the villa! Great hospitality, delicious cuisine (they breed trout) and amazing nature around. The rooms are big and comfortable, the double beds are king size and super comfortable (also very comfortable pillows which is really a rarity!!). Sleeping quality 10/10. We will definitely visit again.
PS if you are worried by the unpaved road, just call at the villa to ask for pick up from the town or for the phone number of a taxi.

An eco house in the heart of the nature.
Hosts are really friendly, food is awesome. Products are locally produced and there is fresh trout in the river in front of the house and they make an amazing traditional soup out of it (salamura).
Very clean, the rooms are equipped with a big double bed with a great view.
Perfect for family vacation, big groups, painters or just if you want to relax. There is an option for fishing too. They offer some guided hikes.
To get there there is some 2 km offroad action but it is manageable. You can make it with almost any kind of car but even if you hesitate, they have transport for you as well.
Cozy fireplace, local sheep's cheese, mountain herbs tea, etc.. and the price for all this is more than reasonable.
It's very calm and time is running really slow there, so be sure to have something planned to do if reading and sleeping all day long is not your thing.

absolutely stunning! this family run b&b is situated in a tranquile forest with stunning views. the rooms are goregeous, super clean and very spacious with huge windows and a little patio to the beautiful mountain view. the homemade meals were delicious and we much appreciated Melina's effort to cook vegan and vegetarian dishes at our request. you can take hikes right from the hotel, the town Teteven is 10 mins drive, and there are many options around the area...if you are looking for a peaceful beautiful hidaway in nature with warm friendly hosts this is the place :) we had a wonderful stay here, the kids loved it and we sure will be back some day!

A very nice secluded quiet place in the middle of nature. You really feel apart of this family owned business and you have no choice to disconnect from your wordy troubles since there is no cell service of any kind the vila WiFi is spotty at best.

If you want to wake up from the sound of running stream, birds songs, have a local food and fresh fish, that's the place to be at.
