Restaurant Chukara

Wonderful and modern place, with plenty of charm and warm service! The food was pretty good, but the grilled meats were just perfectly juicy and tasty, coming out of the wooden furnace! We recommend it, as the atmosphere and the food really responded to our high expectations! Come during the day, so you can enjoy the spectacular view over Tryavna from too of the hill!

Hidden gem!
Restaurant Chukara was such a pleasant surprise for us and our children. Playground and small zoo to keep the kids busy, while we enjoyed the delicious food. The menu is compact, but very well balanced and includes modern interpretations on classic Bulgarian dishes. We were offered also a seasonal menu, that included food and drinks. Me and my wife enjoyed fresh summer cocktails too.
The service was fast, polite and patient with our kids. We would definitely visit the restaurant again.

I would never ever thought that a Bulgarian restaurant would fit into my criteria for "a great restaurants". Amazing dining experience. Simply put: everything was great.
I only hope they can keep their quality high up!

This is an amazing hotel and restaurant in Triavna at Garbovo area,it's new the staff is friendly and helpful, the spa is great, they have also a winery and a zoo inside the hotel area,

The best restaurant in Tryavna. The food was delicious and well prepared. Excellent place for fammilies with children. There is a small Zoo, with goats, roosters, ducks, a camel, lamas and most of animals there are donkeys. The restaurant has a fantastic view to the city of Tryavna. Next to the restaurant, there is a huge Hotel named Chukara, which is brand new. Definitely, you need to visit this place, when you are in Tryavna. I hope, they will keep the excellent service thru the years.

It is a Spa Hotel plus restaurant plus a small zoo. I can not say anything bad here. The beef treap soup is delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is excellent. About the price, a bit higher than normal, but still worth !

Chukara hotel and one of 2 restaurants beside Oswl which is located in the main building.
There are international as also local meat dishes. You can put the invoice on the hotel bill.

A good restaurant with a great Mountain View! We reserved before going there. A children-friendly place as well - a playground very closely to the restaurant and some animals to be seen there too.

Great food, friendly personal, place for the kids to play, small zoo with in the boarders of the restaurant and unbelievable view towards the mountains.

Simply the best restaurant in town. We came late for a Saturday dinner in the center of Tryavna, but we found no free table anywhere. However Chukara is outside of the center and a big restaurant so we easily found a great table and we were served promptly. Food was delicious, except for a French cake which was half-decent. The place is new, big, modern and with great views over Tryavna. There is a small zoo in the complex which is great fun and a playground for the kids. They are currently developing a hotel nearby and I have high expectations for it. Wish there were more places like this one around Bulgaria!

Excellent place to go. Perfect food. Nice scenery and friendly waiting staff. Dicent prices. Kids friendly with a playground as well as number of farm and exotic animals. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

Great place! A unique menu with great seasonal options. Also lots to keep kids entertained with the playground and animals to visit. They also have baby high chairs which a lot of restaurants don't have! Perfect place to have a tasty meal and pass some time in a relaxing setting. The interior decor is stunning and the outside area with the water feature is just as nice!
