The tavern called Ribarnika near Dobrinishte is famous for the fact that you can catch the trout from the three fishponds, sit in the shade and eat delicious food. Ribarnika means the fishpond.

The restaurant has a big choose of wines and the food was amazing. You can fish there and you catching the fish in seconds. The food is ok but not great and the restaurant is near a beautiful river. There are some different kinds of fish and I can tell that the fish is good.

This is amazing place that we visit every time when we come to Bulgaria, you can catch your fish and they will cook it for you at restaurant. Very affordable prices. Nice atmosphere.

Great place. The kids went fishing in the pond. We had a lovely time at the restaurant. Once they got the fish, the kitchen grilled them for us.

Make sure you visit on a week day. If there are many people you’ll have to wait for the food a bit longer.

The place is exceptionally beautiful. All green, with ponds and waterfalls, near a natural stream in the adjacent woods. The smell of grilled trout welcomes you as you enter the premises. The staff are very friendly, although no one speaks English or Russian. Only Bulgarian. You can either catch your own fish, or just order and it will be caught for you. The fish are prepared perfectly. We had a great time! Much recommended.

A pastoral place with a great atmosphere! Kind staff who try to help even if they don't really know English. The food is simple and fresh. We took a Greek salad, roasted pepper salad, two soups, two dishes of trout fish with chips. The food was fresh and tasty and the price was very attractive. highly recommend!

Nice idyllic place in the forest with fresh fish and a nice view on the "fish basins". We stopped there after hiking in the mountains nearby and enjoyed the "honest" and very tasty food! Beside the fish, the self made "french fries" and the lutenitza as well as the bread with garlic and red pepper were perfect after walking for ours in the fresh mountain air. Simple but very very good!

The place is fantastic in all aspects!
The road that leads to the restaurant is in a great condition and goes through the forest (very pretty and green!).
The food is fresh, very fresh and very tasty and not pricy at all!
Hygiene on point, staff - super friendly!
And most importantly, the atmosphere is so private and cozy! I would definitely go back there.

Very cozy and relaxed place. Great for families with children who can walk around the fish ponds and enjoy the small playground. The fish and fries were delicious and the people were very friendly. We’ll come back!

We come especially for fishing attraction.
Before we come I read reviews, so I knew what expect. Fishing was very successful, so my children was happy.
Fish was very tasty. We took also fish and chicken soup, both of them fresh and tasty, grilled pork - it also was ok, chips - homemade and tasty, smashed potatoes was not good (like from defrozen potatoes) but likely it was enough food on the table.
Overall impression is very good. Road today, February 28 was clean and easy (we get there 15 minutes from Bansko).
