Prestige Hotel & Aquapark

Very nice and clean hotel, about 300 m from the beach, good food (the best vegetable cream soup I've had so far!) and diverse. Free access to the hotel's water park, outdoor pool with water slides (also has a shallow area for children), wellness center with hot tub, sauna, heated indoor pool. There is also a very nice outdoor playground and entertainers for children. Very good price-quality ratio!

This is a great hotel for families with kids. It is located next to Aquapark hotel and the guests can use both facilities for free. Each hotel has pools and water slides.
The all inclusive at deluxe is great. The pool bar always has good food inclusing pizza, chips, waffles and more.
The play room is huge at the aquapark hotel full with ps5 consoles, pool tables and ping pong tables.
The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
We had a great experience.

One of the best and high vfm hotels in the golden sands Varna. 5 minutes to the beach, new rooms, service is very good, all included, various food that suites for anyone, including vegan, clean and safe pools and spa. Lots of slides for kids, big gaming zone for all ages, billiard, pingpong etc. Arraingements with travel companies for tours, ex. jeep tours. Excellent vacation for reasonable price.

It is a very nice place. Don't worry about the food, you have plenty of choices every day, for all the tastes.

Great Hotel for families with kids, and has a great playground and big pools with slides. Can use facilities of both prestige deluxe and prestige aqua park hotels.

I have very fond memories of my stay in this hotel last summer. I wanted to visit the Golden Sands resort for a long time now and the easiest, and hassle-free way was using the services of an all-inclusive hotel. I decided to go with Prestige Deluxe Aqua Park Hotel because I heard that it was recently renovated and their booking price was fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff service and their welcoming and friendly attitude. I spent five days there and I don't have any complaints about my stay. Thank you for the warm and sunny vacation.

I would like to recommend this place to families with children and people who want to relax and wind down. The services are clearly aimed towards that type of vacations. I had a great time, we switched hotels due to inability to prolong our vacation we had to choose a different hotel and ended up choosing the right one. Prestige Deluxe was so much better than our first hotel in I think almost every way. We had an amazing week!

I like the playground and the dedicated area for children, I like the diversification of the food and the fact that snacks are being offered at the pool.
The animation team is very good, everyone is doing an amazing job.

I believe it should be made more clear that it is not permitted to block the chairs by placing towels in the morning. Despite the sign, people still
block pool chairs.
In the morning, the queue for eggs and pancakes is a little too long; takes time to serve.
The bathroom is not always very clean.

Overall, the experience at the hotel was very good.

We surely enjoyed our stay!! The hotel is clean, the staff is nice and welcoming. The main pool is hell cold but the is an inside pool 27 degrees. There's a lot for the children to do, gimbori, trampoline, kids club...the spa is also nice. The food is good even though we ate only vegetarian food

I've visit this hotel with my boyfriend last month.
We were traveling around Europe for the first time and stayed in Varna, Bulgaria for 3 days. The hotel was amazing and and the staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean(maids took care of everything in the morning), air conditioner was working properly and the breakfasts were delicious!
Overall I'm very pleased from my stay at this place and would recommend it to every foreign person!

I stumbled upon this hotel online when I was searching for a place to stay for my visit to Varna. The booking process was easy, fast and hassle-free. The hotel itself was very nice too, clean, fresh, comfortable with a professional staff that attended to my needs, the only minor thing that I didn't like was the car traffic in Golden Sands. Overall I'm satisfied with my vacation.

Visited Bulgaria for a conference in Varna a week ago and spent 4 days at this particular hotel. I'm delighted with every part of my stay. Room was very clean and bed sheets were changed every morning, both breakfast and dinner were very delicious and on top of all the staff was polite. I was lucky that the weather was good so I managed to even visit the pool twice. Special thanks to Vicky and George(reception) for making my stay a pleasant experience!

The hotel is great for relaxing and escaping the mundane every day live. The room I slept in was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming always ready to accommodate my requests. I definitely recommend this place.

The Hotel is totally renovated and it looks better than the pictures online. I'm really impressed. The hotel is in the quiet area of Golden Sands but is near to party street. So, you can sleep well because there is no any kind of noise, but if you want to party the right places are in 5 minute walk.

I was attending a business conference in Varna and everything was going great to the point when I found out that my company had mixed up my hotel reservation. I was starting to get frustrated when at the last minute I found Prestige Deluxe. They were able to transfer me in a timely manner saving me a lot of headaches. My hotel room was very comfortable and I was able to go through my business meetings feeling relaxed and refreshed. I'm sincerely grateful to the staff at the reception and their quick thinking.

Very good customer service experience, even before we arrived there were just a few things to ask and request for our accommodation. We had an amazing vacation these several days, lots of places to check out and a wide variety of activities to choose from. The room was awesome although we had some issues with our keycards, it was resolved almost immediately.

Hiii, I feel obliged to share my opinion about Prestige Hotel and Aquapark. I had business trip for 2 nights and a liked this place. I have not been to the hotel all the time, but that doesn't prevent me from forming an opinion. The service was very nice and friendly. The room was clear, cozy and comfortable. There is a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

A result of an impulse last minute booking, I had a lot of doubts about it all. Upon arrival everything was fine, I had hoped for a quick getaway with my girlfriend and that's exactly what I've got. Very delightful staff, we had a pleasant few days of rest and the price was more than acceptable for a last minute deal.
