Europcar Bulgaria Varna Airport

I have booked many cars during 2023 with Europcar Varna. They have a wide range of possibilities regarding car models, meeting my needs every single time.
The customer support is amazing, they have helped me several times during and after my contract.
I will keep choosing them during my business trips to Bulgaria.

I can't explain how wonderful these people were to me. I will not ever use another rental company after using this one, they were too great. Happy and professional attitudes, helpful and smart. They spoke great English and helped me find a car very quickly for my very long trip, and I may add that the 7 other companies within the airport would NOT even consider helping me. The price was very reasonable, and they said if I need to extend my return date, I only need to call them and say so, no problem. I love Europcar Varna, and I thank them very much for helping me get my family to Bulgaria. Absolutely wonderful people.

We had a family emergency in Bulgaria, So we decided to rent a car for 2 weeks from europcar. Eli wich is representing Europcar in varna was amazing from the start to the end. At the end we had to stay for 2 months in Bulgaria. We just contacted Eli and she fixed everything so we had the car for 2 months. It was everything just so easy to deal with, they even called us to pass and get proper wintertires on the car. We will now start to use europcar as our rentalcar partner as we feel that the service is so much better than the company we have used until now.

Très bonne expérience chez Europcar Varna airport.
J'ai réservé une petite citadine pour 5 jours et nous avons été surclassé pour une berline propre, récente et en bon état.
De plus, au comptoir la conseillère de l'agence était agréable et parlait un français impeccable, c'était beaucoup plus simple pour toutes nos questions.

Es war alles super. Ich hatte ein Auto für eine Woche gemietet, aber ich habe es früher zurückgeben müssen und es war alles kein Problem. Das Auto was ich hatte war in sehr gutem Zustand, klein und kompakt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer telefonisch erreichbar, nett, kompetent und immer freundlich. 👍 Ich kann Europcar nur weiterempfehlen

Buongiorno tra 28.09 e 05.10.2019 sono stata a Varna e ho prenotato l'auto da Europcar in aeroporto di Varna. L'auto kia rio nuova (di due anni) pulita con serbatoio pieno. Il personale gentilissimo, veloce e disponibile. Consiglio e in futuro mi rivolgo di nuovo a loro.

Varna e una bella città ma ha dei bei problemi con i parcheggi, perciò valutate bene tipo di auto.

Wir waren 13 Tage an der schönen Bulgarischen Schwarzmeerküste und wollten uns mit dem Auto die Gegend ansehen, also für 5 Tage spontan über den AD/AC ein Auto bei Europcar reserviert. Online und Vorort war alles okay. Reserviert hatte ich die kleinste Klasse, bekam aber "leider" einen riesen Familien Van mit 7 Sitzplätzen da anscheinend nichts anderes in diesem Zeitraum verfügbar war. Zum Glück kamen wir aber mit dem großen Auto relativ gut zurecht und hatten auch beim Parken keine Probleme. Insgesamt sind wir 630 Km gefahren. Auto war 2 Jahre alt und hatte etwas über 78Tkm runter, fuhr sich gut und war sehr gut gefedert. Verbrauch hielt sich in Grenzen.
Problem: leider war schon beim losfahren die Tankanzeige nicht ganz voll. Wir haben 2 x voll getankt und auch da war die Anzeige nie ganz oben. Also gedacht da ist was defekt. Vorort wurde uns dann gesagt, Auto ist nicht voll und würde etwas über 20€ Strafe kosten. Es wurde aber nochmal tanken angeboten, also sind wir nochmal los. 2,2l gingen rein, komischerweise war die Anzeige dann voll. Dazu kamen dann Gebühren für zu wenig tanken aber besser als 20 zu zahlen. Blödes hin und her obwohl er voll war aber so ist das nunmal. Sonst alles ok und fairer Preis für 4 volle Tage.
