Rented a 2015 Renault Megane in September 2923 for a 3 week trip to Bulgaria, North Macedonia and Albania. All the paperwork and insurance was prepared and made the border crossings simple. Naycar were very responsive via WhatsApp. We had a minor issue with the car and they immediately offered us a replacement car. Very happy that I chose Naycar and would use them again.

Very nice easy to communicate car rent service, we took the car for 3 days they prepared all the papers we need to use in our trip to Macedonia in less than 5 min we took the car and finish and payed and even they took the car back at the airport not same place we took it from, really good service that i’ll for sure use again and highly recommend

If you are looking for a car to rent in Sofia, this Naycar is the best. We booked through whatsapp the night before the day we needed the car and they delivered at the hotel and picked it up at the airport a few days later. 200€ deposit that you can give in cash or card. I gave half in cash and the other half with my Revolut card. The deposit of the card returned after 2/3 days and the cash at the check out date at the airport. I rented
HYUNDAI i10 2021 for 28€ per day with full Insurance included + unlimited mileage + toll included. We don’t have to worry with scratches or anything because is full covered. Very nice service! Recommend 5* service

Amazing car company with an honest English-speaking owner. The price was very good for a Balkan trip and he didn’t impose countries restrictions or extra charge for a 2nd driver. We rented a Hyundai i10 and the car was new and in perfect conditions. We could pick it up downtown and return it at the airport, which was very convenient for us. All documents for the trip were ready upon picking the car up, including a power of attorney letter and the green card. I’ll certainly rent a car with them in the future. Highly recommended!

Was in Bulgaria at the end of the summer(08.2020), rented a Renault captur 2018. That car looked like a new one. The big advantage of this company, is that you get a personal service even before you made a reservation. You just have to leave an inquiry and they will answer you shortly to your phone(even audio calls on WhatsApp) and the communication never stops, even after you rent a car, you can write and you will get an answer in an hour or two, or even faster.
Moreover, you can decide where to take the car and where to leave. For instance, I got to Sofia and didn't want the problem with the parkings, so I asked to get the car to my hotel at the morning when I began my journey across the country.
Flexability! You can add day without any problem, just on whatsapp or call a day before the rent stops, and you automatically get an extension. This is what we did. Before our last day, we just extended the rental for another day (without a need to think about where to leave the baggage or where to hang until the evening) and also to leave the car at the airport, and by this we got another day in Sofia.
All of the listed above is without any extra charges.
Also when you rent the car, you get the:
Toll roads, unlimited mileage and a road map included and extra accident and theft insurance for just a few more euros a day.

I have rented cars in Bulgaria many times, and more often than not, at the end you end up paying about twice the advertised amount, as they add the insurance and all kinds of other fees. Last week I decided to give Naycar Rental a try, and everything was perfect. The final amount was exactly what I had agreed to at the beginning, so there were no surprises there. Their representative even came to my location and personally delivered the car and picked it up at the end of the rental, which was really nice and convenient.

Overall this was an excellent experience, and next time when I need a car in Sofia, I will definitely use them again.
