Great hotel, nothing to complain about. The hotel is architecturally very nice, the main building surrounded by several smaller ones, surrounded by a garden with lots of mature trees. Nice swimming pool with children's paddling pool.
Excellent unspoiled cuisine, hardworking staff. All meals buffet style.
Distance from the sea about 100 metres.

Ideal for families with or without children.
Cons:
- Lack of umbrellas by the sea for all guests, need to take them before breakfast.
- Lack of sunbeds by the pool, also need to be taken in time

I don't understand why anyone complains about the food, staff and cleanliness here in the reviews..? The food was very tasty and something different every day (we were only bothered that as a side dish there were only fries and spaghetti and only occasionally rice or potatoes). The staff was nice. Everywhere and everything was clean.
And I would also like to mention that it was my birthday during our stay and they left me a birthday card (even in my language) and a bottle of wine in the room, which was a very nice gesture of theirs. :-)

The staff was awasome. Very helpful, very cheerful, always smiling and very respectful. The food was excellent as well. You wouldn't expect such high quality food for a buffet, especially all inclusive buffet and we were pleasantly surprised when we got to taste it. Every night there were different kinds of food and that diversity gets bonus points. It is also very beautiful and spacious place. There is much greenery, which adds to the view and makes the place so comfortable, classy and fresh. The beach is also very clear and the sunbeds are rather comfortable. The swimming pool is wide and always clean. We got our rooms cleaned everyday and the result was splendid. Always changed the towels, cleaned the bathroom perfectly, did the bed, vacuumed the carpet and also cleaned the balcony. When we got into our room after the beach, it always smelled like fresh flowers. There are also activities to do in your free time like billiards, ping pong, swimming in the pool, SPA, jags. You can also sit at the lobby bar or the bar at the pool. I'd say this was one of the best summer vacations I've been on. Would go again for sure.

This is the best hotel near Sozopol available, you get a nice room, if you pay for the all inclusive you get as much food from the restaurant and bars as you want. I'm giving it 4 stars for the rooms because if they put you in a room near the nearby camp, you would be able to smell the canal water. Overall a good place to go with your family.
-Please don't overshare this cause then the place will be flooded with people :-D

This place is awesome! Cosy rooms, polite front desk staff, diverse menu, fresh drinks at the pool bar, etc. It's located near the beach, great, isn't it! I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough, we will definitely come and enjoy this atmosphere again! Thanks, Laguna Beach staff! You've been wonderful so far!

Went to Bulgaria and had issues with both luggage and flight-delay, but the Hotel and front desk did everything they could to help us. This is also å very nice hotell, we had the family apartment with 2 bedrooms. Had a blast! :-) Very happy to be there, and we will return again for sure :-)

The location of the hotel is perfect as it's right next to the beach, the whole complex has lots of greenery and open spaces. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and efficient! Overall a great experience
