This family seaside hotel, located just 300 meters from the beach, mer all my expectations. The staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The spacious and well decorated room offered a comfortable stay with a mesmerizing view from the balcony. The hotel's amenities, including a pristine swimming pool, added to the overall enjoyment. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight, and the hotel's restaurant provided good meals. This hotel is perfect for families seeking a relaxing seaside retreat.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time at Serena! The room was impeccable, staff was friendly and the food exceeded our expectations. The pine tree forest next to it is a bonus - we would wake up every morning to the sounds m of birds chirping. Highly recommended!!

It was our second stay. It was a very nice surprise that the quality of service actually got better. Spacious and clean apartments, nice and fresh food. Our daughter had a really great time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Serena Residence in Sozopol and it was a fantastic experience. It's nestled close to the stunning Kavatsi beach and surrounded by lots of greenery. The view of the bay from the hotel is truly a sight to behold.

The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable, complete with a small kitchen. There's plenty to do at the hotel too, from swimming in the pool to playing a variety of games.

The food at the restaurant was top-notch. If you're planning a trip to the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, you should definitely consider Serena Residence. It's a great place to unwind, with delicious food and a variety of amenities.

This hotel in Sozopol, Bulgaria, is a real gem with its beautiful views of the Black Sea and comfortable rooms. The hotel was comfortable, spacious, clean and tidy, and most importantly it had a valuable feature - friendly, kind staff that were available for assistance 24/7 (Kudos to the reception and restaurant management!).

During our all-inclusive stay, we were impressed with the food, as we had quality meals despite the lower variety of such. There weren’t many vegan options, but the salads were always on point. Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were good and water and coffee were always provided. Moreover, the restaurant was well-equipped for large groups of people as there were many tables for 6+.

There were no children with us, but it seemed to me that the hotel is very child-friendly with animation for the kids throughout the day and the evening. I noticed extra care for the younger guests, which makes it even better place to stay for their parents!😀

The beach isn’t too far from the hotel (about a 7-8 minute walk), there is a free zone, as well as many beach bars to choose from (for instance, EXE beach bar). If one decides to visit Sozopol, the taxi shouldn’t cost more than 20 BGN.

A disadvantage I would mention is that there was a hornet invasion around the ground floor rooms around the reception building. I hope management takes care of this soon. In addition, for some reason our towels weren’t changed every day whenever housekeeping would decide to clean our room (sometimes even with the label on the door they wouldn’t?).

Overall, our stay was good value for money!

Had a very pleasant stay! The hotel offers a relaxed setting and Sozopol is very near. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Great location, Kavaci beach is now much more developed than a few years ago. Hotel is family friendly, which was great. Will come back again!

Август месец бяхме със семейството ми в този хотел и сме очаровани. А и да не забравяме,че в този хотел се допускат и домашни любимци,което за нас е страхотно. Не разбирам от къде идват тези лоши коментари. Хотела е страхотен,персонала е любезен,храната беше много хубава и вкусна. А за децата ,сладоледа на корем беше топ. Има и аниматори,за деца и за възрастните също има забавление. Стаите са си направо апартаменти ,чистят се ако имате нужда от нови хавлии преди да е дошло времето за подмяна няма никакъв проблем. Веднага ви дават нови. Очаровани сме и пак ще го посетим.

Всичко е наред! Чета коментари, че храната била ужасна и не мога да разбера как на някого може да не се хареса? Има голямо разнообразие и е вкусно! Благодарим на готините аниматорки! Единствената ми забележка е, че забелязах, че по някои от хавлиите са останали петна и най-вериятно са за подмяна вече или поне пране със силна белина. Така или иначе ние използваме наши, така че това не беше проблем за нас. Благодарим за всичко!
