Villa Sintica

Beautiful place which is growing without compromising the high standards set up from the beginning. Coming here for the last 3 years with friends and recently with my dog and we all feel here so well. The new indoors pool and the SPA are gorgeous! The best breakfast ever!!! Highly recommend it to people who care about the details and appreciate the good wines 🥂

Sintica Wine and Spa Hotel was the perfect escape. The rooms were clean, the spa was excellent, the food and wine were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This marvelous gem is a place to visit multiple times. The food is an unforgettable experience, always well-paired with a carefully curated wine selection. The beautiful scenery wraps the package: you can enjoy a glass of wine under the magical sunset. Definitely worth a visit!

There are not enough words to describe my pleasant stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff are always with big smiles on their faces and always very helpful.The combination of award winning wines, indoor swimming pool, spa and excellent food makes you fall in love with this place. I am definitely going back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel which feels like a complete resort in it's own right. It's clean, the service from the staff is very nice and friendly, the food in the restaurant is amazing, has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, SPA, little private villas with their own SPA and a large green space around it.

Just returned from Villa Sintica, and it was fantastic! The location, just a quick 10-minute detour from the main highway to Greece, was super convenient. The place truly feels like a Tuscan villa, with its charming atmosphere, well maintained garden, tall cypress trees and beautiful surroundings at the very entrance of Sandanski. The service was top-notch, making me feel excited throughout my stay. The ambiance was so relaxing; it felt like I was meditating in the midst of nature. And the food at the Mediterranean restaurant? Sublime! Really enjoyed locally produced ingredients and wines

I also saw they have exciting plans for renovations. Among the planned additions is a new indoor swimming pool and spa, promising to take relaxation to the next level. Additionally, new six stunning private villas, offering guests even more choices for luxurious accommodations... like private spa!!! Can't wait to go back!

Peaceful place, excellent local wine. Very nice indoor pool where you can relax and also use sauna or hamam. Friendly and helpful staff.

Villa Sintica quickly became one of my favourite places. The rooms are spacious and had everything you'd need. The pool is great and clean. The food from the restaurant is so so delicious. The waiters are very professional. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful place. The villa is nice, tastefully decorated, with a very nice pool. The garden is lovely and very serene. The food is good and the wine is excellent. The staff is also super friendly and attentive. It is rare to find such places in Bulgaria, where the vision and execution match! All in all, in combination with the wonderful climate of Sandanski, it is an amazing place to stay.

Great room, service, and location! Georgi at the front desk did everything they could to help us and really cares about guests. We checked out early and he had arranged a breakfast to-go which was very kind. Servers at on-site restaurant were very courteous and attentive to food allergies. Would highly recommend this resort.

Should visit if you are arrownd, even just to taste the delicious meals in the restaurant. Nice rooms, SPA options, in and outdoor pools, very kind service.

The rooms were clean and nice, but some did not have a terrace. The service was at the level - everything was wonderful.

I rarely write comments on places we stay but just couldn't leave this one without a proper review.

I am very impressed by everything at Villa Sinitica. I will start with the best part - the service. The receptionists were good and took care of all our requests, we had a wine tasting that we ordered in the last moment (on Sunday) but they managed to accommodate. I am mostly impressed with the guy who was leading the wine tasting - he explained in great detail everything about the wines, the winery, the area the grapes are grown on, etc. Really knowledgeable on the subject and also it turns out he was later serving as at dinner. He advised us on what we should get and the all the dishes were pretty good.

The rooms are also quite good and spacious (or at least the Double delux room) and ours also had a good view. The breakfast was also pretty good.

We didn't spend much time at the spa, just visited it for a good hour or so but we enjoyed it quite a bit.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing place, with a very particular aesthetic. The staff is kind and helping, the rooms are spacious and lovely, the SPA Center offers all that you need for a lovely relaxing session, and most of all - the restaurant. Chef Kaloyan can create truly breathtaking, both for the eye and the tongue, culinary specialties that will suit even the pickiest of tastes.

P.S There is wine tasting as well ;)

We had a gift package with wine tour and tasting. The wine tour and tasting was great and full of interesting details and facts for the place and the wine! We are very thankful to the person during the tour! The room was clean and very cozy. The restaurant has delicious food, great service, extremely friendly and helpful staff! The pool temperature was very good for swimming and even warm in the afternoon. We really like the wine, we bought for presents and home!

Extremely kind staff, which deserves a rating of five stars. They accommodated some of our non-standard requests right from day 1. The whole setting is beautiful and stylish - the garden is very nice, rooms are comfortable. Restaurant is at the higher price range, but we feel it is deserved - interesting dishes and high quality ingredients; something simple such as tarator (a Bulgarian cold soup with cucumbers and yogurt) was the best one I ever tried. The spa is not as big, but there are expansions underway. The outside pool is clean and big enough to be comfortable for swimming. Their wine was great and we also got some for home.
Only thing I would add is that the standard is a bit small, this is not such an issue, but there was only one free outlet in the room and it was not even at a comfortable spot. We managed, however, to charge all our devices regularly.
