Great experience, the car was flawless, the customer service was excellent and most importantly they refunded my deposit the same day I dropped off the car !!! 5stars

Excellent service and amazing guys. I've received bigger car for free and the guy from the desk broth me to the car, same think happened when I drop off the car. They checked my vehicle immediately and my deposit was unblocked in the same moment.
Highly recommend!

Our experience with Entreprise Bulgaria was great: competitive price, friendly service, always returned phone calls, also people gave us a bigger car without increasing the price. Handing over the car was easy, there were no unpleasant surprises and the deposit was returned quickly. Will use again.

We had a really nice experience. We had some trouble with our booking company and Enterprise helped us amazing. It took some time but for that waiting time we got an allowance. The employees were patience and helpful. Thanks so much!

We had the best customer service when we rented a car from Alamo/Enterprise last month! Mariela went absolutely above and beyond in helping us! We missed a connecting flight, putting us in Sofia very late at night, hours past their closing time. Mariela offered to come back just to give us the car (for a very reasonable fee). Then we found out our luggage, including our baby car seat, was lost in transit. Again Mariela went above and beyond to find us a car seat, including working with her colleagues from all the other car agencies. We needed to return the car seat after their closing time, and again Mariela arranged all the details and made it incredibly easy. Everything else with the car rental also on point. THANK YOU Mariela for all your kindness and help especially in an already challenging situation!!

The best customer service ever. We with my wife were greeted and instructed. The guy on reception Ivo has given us detailed information and has answered all of our questions. On return we have great experience again. Highly recommend. The difference with other local suppliers is you will have your deposit back. Other companies are trying to charge for cleaning, for under chassy damage and so on. Thank you guys

It was an amazing experience visiting Bulgaria for a ski trip and enterprise company gave me one of the newest cars they have with a nice price, the staff are really helpful and they have very quick service. Thank you guys

Ich habe vor meiner Reise nach den billigsten Anbietern gesucht. Fast alle hatten relativ schlechte Bewertungen. Enterprise war der günstigste Anbieter, der auch eine gute Bewertung hat. Es lief auch alles sehr gut. Wir wurden nett und unkompliziert bedient und das Auto war fast neu. Probleme gab es keine.

Wenn ihr in Sofia Flughafen ein Auto sucht dann ist Enterprise beste Auswahl👏🏻
Wir haben das Auto für eine Woche gemietet und sind durch Bulgarien nach Mazedonien,Albanien,Montenegro,Serbien und zurück gefahren insgesamt 1700km🚗

Für die Auslandsfahrt haben wir +5€ pro Tag gezahlt und für die grüne Karte 50€👌🏻
Das ist das beste Angebot was ich gefunden habe für eine Reise in so viele Länder🙂
Viele autovermietungen wollten pro Land 50-80€!
Aber ihr müsst wissen das man die Vermietung im Voraus informieren muss,weil sie die grüne Karte rechtzeitig fertig machen müssen😌

Beim Schalter die jungs machen alles tip top schnell!😎
Bei der Abholung hat Boris alles super schnell gemacht und perfekt erklärt.
Bei der Rückgabe Alexander hat mit mir das Auto gecheckt und am gleichen Tag habe ich die 450€ Kaution zurückerhalten.

Vermietungsschalter direkt am Ausgang (Arrivals) von Terminal 2. Freundliche, flotte, serviceorientierte und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Schnelle Übergabeprozedur. Gute, saubere Autos in recht gutem Zustand, allerdings stimmte bei meinem Wagen der Reifenluftdruck überhaupt nicht (viel zu hoch).
Der Franchisenehmer ist auch Szuki-Autohändler, weshalb sich im Fuhrpark überdurchschnittlich viele Suzuki befinden.
