Hotel EMAR

Very good hotel. It has a lot of features, which are important to our family - extremely cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, big parking lot, spacious rooms, very good food, enough sun beds around the pool, good spa, good location. The overall concept is really nice - the colours, the flowers ( except the artificial ones :) ). Prices are reasonable. I can recommend it!

Quite new family hotel with very good rooms, lobby and restaurant, great pool with hot mineral water and nice SPA area. Perfect organisation for celebrating the New 2024 Year in cozy atmosphere with friends!

We had a team-building event at the hotel and I can highly recommend it.

Everything was clean (and in fact - it still smells like it's brand new), the pool & SPA areas were good (hot water outside in the outside pool).

The food was also decent (personally, I enjoyed the breakfast the most).

Overall - can recommend 👌

A very nice new hotel! 👌 Strongly recommended! It is very charming, because it is not a big one. Our stay there was 3 nights with included breakfast, over the weekend, and it wasn't overcrowded, but very calm. The SPA is great, there is only one pool - located outside, it is very warm and clean. Pool towels could be obtained with no deposit. There's a restaurant with good cuisine. Various food and beverages are offered the entire day, even on the pool. The hotel has own parking, free of charge. The personal staff is very polite.
Only one note - I think the hotel should take some measures against the wasps round the pool - they were too many.

Very nice little family hotel that offers everything needed for a relaxing time - from the comfy rooms through the great spa and restaurant to the sport activities including hiring an off road car. Breakfast also available, location is perfect for visiting variety of places around. Highly recommend.

My stay in EMAR was outstanding! I will start with the kind staff. With your first step across the hotel you meet highly trained staff at a level of professionalism which is rare nowadays. The facilities look even better in person than photos. Rooms are exceptional with an everyday change of the towels and bath accessories. The pool is the diamond in the crown of EMAR. Water is mineral which means hot and just staying in the pool while outside the temperature is around 0•C makes your experience mesmerizing. The spa centre is big enough for the hotel capacity and hotel is providing you with cold drinking water with a lemon for free if by any chance you dehydrated yourself from the sauna.

I recommended already that place to a couple of my friends and they are going to visit EMAR really soon.

My personally will come back to EMAR really soon in my opinion.

Wow! What an amazing hotel in such a good price. All spa that you need - jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna, warm outdoor pool. The price for massage and salt room is very nice. The design is very modern, wooden, so good. Because the hotel is small you feel every thing so private for you. Great staff. Breakfast is nice too.

The service in reflection desck , in the spa and restaurant was one of the best in Bulgaria. The deco in the spa was really nice and fine to perfection ,including the plants on the walls which cost fortune to keep them in good condition . Swimming pool was very clean , with very pleasant temperature 🌡 mineral water . Well organaised around swimming pool . I did massage by Fidanka. She is probably one of the best masseuse in the world . Very professional ,kind and possitive vibes .

We stayed for 3 days and it was basically a 5-star hotel in every sense. It looks like there was no expense spared - the interior, the restaurant, the spa facilities and pool were perfect. Most important of all - the service is excellent. The staff is very warm and welcoming. During our stay, our toddler fell and got hurt - the owner personally drove us to the ER. Highly recommended!

I had wonderful time in this hotel. It was comfortable and luxurious. Enjoyed steam sauna and Outside heated pool with mineral water.

Absolutely beautiful and very thoughtfully designed place with stellar service and profesional and friendly stuff. I’m already planning my next stay here. I used the hotel as a base for visit to Rila Lakes.

Lovely hotel, everything is very clean and new, good service aswell. Pool is great with the view.

The room is nice but has night light only of one side. The breakfast is always the same every day
